From start to finish, everyone is a pleasure. This was the second time I used Expo as I was so impressed with them the first time.
Laura, who handled the administrative end of things and was quick and efficient, made everything super easy. Said and his team (Alex, Vladimir and Anatoly) who did the physical move, are simply wonderful to work with. Not only are they polite and professional, but everyone who I’ve spoken to at Expo seems genuinely nice! Oh! Another reason I highly recommend their services, is because not only did they deal with a 4-location move. On top of that was a complete clean out! They even handled the items I was disposing of with the greatest care.
If you need a mover and/or anything else related, use them. They’re terrific!”

“A wonderful clean and roomy storage spot! Not to mention such lovely staff <3 Their smallest option (5x5x5) is perfect for college storage over the summer, with enough room to share with a friend. The locks that they provide also come with 3 keys each, so you can either keep all the keys or share with anyone you’re splitting with. The smaller units are typically higher up, so they provide ladders/stairs for access. If you do need to use the stairs, just be careful with larger/heavier boxes when going up!”

The staff, especially Assistant Manager Adelis, always goes above and beyond to help clients. We are greeted with a smile and professionalism. An approachable helpful demeanor and friendly attitude. “These guys 100% deserve a great review - I don't usually take the time. Yet.......
- Early so they could start on time, plus got the great spot near our buildings freight elevator. (Which saved me money since I was on hourly).
- I am in a CPW building, requiring all types of hurdles, (insurance certificates etc) Divine's back office provided instantly.
- These guys work hard, whilst smiling and looking like they enjoy it? No way am I going to be "efficient" and help with the prep.....when these guys are fast.
- Meticulous and organized; They did it like how I imagine a military plan would happen i.e. I have a large apt so which rooms got cleared first to make easy access for the rest of the move, strategy in box placement heaviest first etc. I noticed anything that had small parts, (like when beds and headboards were taken apart) the additional parts were carefully wrapped and then attached to the item so they weren't lost, hence at my new apt everything was put back together- lucky the head guy had a tool box, as I certainly didn't.
- Nothing broken in numerous moves (thousands of items) over 12 years in NYC. No wonder it is time I review them.
- I am and have been very comfortable highly recommending Divine to my friends. One interior designer friend (who moves clients all the time) recently got back to me to thank me....Amongst other things, David team moved 9 seriously heavy, very tall doors, that wouldn't fit in the freight elevator, walked up 10 flights of stairs, in a pre war stairwell with no AC........her problem was solved without a single complaint from the guys.
- Divine Moving is great, I wish they did other things besides moving and storing so I could hire them even more.
- Who would know out of all the trades and services I have hired that a moving company (usually associated with a stressful moving day, where so many things can go wrong) would be at the top. David THANK YOU for making my moving days/ life so much easier.”

“Linda was so much help especially because we were in a time crunch with getting the Uhaul back before 3:30pm. I wasn't there and she actually helped my mom unload the U-haul which is not part of her job description but she helped her cuz my mom sprained her wrist. And it took me a lot longer to get to her because I just got out of the hospital 2 days ago. Extra Space Storage is official. I recommend using them”
“I reserved a unit online and Kiosha at the front desk was SO helpful when I moved in. She was able to give me a walkthrough of the space and helped me identify a larger unit that would better suit my needs. The overall process took less than 20min and I was all set. The space itself is super accessible and clean as well, so looking forward to keeping my belongings here!”

“My friend was cleaning out his storage to terminate his contract and he arrived at 6ish pm . They were closing soon so they weren’t sure if they could let us close out . However we informed them there wasn’t much in the unit . The employee Jason was super proffestional and understanding because my friend who had the unit lived in Staten Island and he had all of his friends there to move the items . Jason called his manager to see if they could go the extra effort to allow us to do it. We moved everything out by 7:10 and I would definitely recommend this place based on his service . I even saw him take down a different customers information prior to him servicing us who he was explaining the unit pricing to and unit size . They weren’t sure if they were ready to purchase it so he took their information down to do a follow up with the customer which she appreciated and I thought it was pretty great service . The crazy thing is he has only been working for the company for a month.”
