I recently visited Richmond Hill Pharmacy and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and cared for from the moment I walked in the door. The store was clean and well-organized, with a wide selection of products and medications available.What really impressed me, however, was the level of personalized care and attention I received from the pharmacists. They took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. They even went out of their way to call my doctor and clarify some medication instructions, ensuring that I received the right treatment for my condition.Overall, I would highly recommend Richmond Hill Pharmacy to anyone looking for a pharmacy that truly cares about their customers. I was having a very bad stomach ache and I came to this pharmacy to look for medications to take. The pharmacy technicians and the pharmacist were all very helpful when I asked about my problem. They not only provided me on what medications to take but also other ways to treat it. It felt as if I was at the doctors office. I highly recommend this pharmacy. They not only have medication but also items for your daily needs. I would give a 6 star if I could.

This been my pharmacy for over 4 years now and every time I go to pick up my medicines the service that I receive is amazing. All employees are super friendly and always helping everyone with a big smile. I feel they go above and beyond to make their customer happy. I really recommend this pharmacy to everyone. Plus they speak different languages.

Personally I am very grateful for having this pharmacy so close to my house where I can find everything I need at very affordable prices, but above all a really extraordinary customer service, they speak several languages and Massiel is an excellent help for our entire Hispanic community, She is always willing to help with any question or advice you need, I recommend her if there is no doubt.

Honestly the only pharmacy my family and I go to. They are extra careful with filling my mother’s multiple medications (calling the doctor to double check the scripts) and deliver at no cost. Abdus is the manager and always goes above and beyond to make sure my family and I are taken care of. Definitely the best pharmacy in the neighborhood!
