I went there on January 30 2024 to buy a charging cable. Just a cable. The guy asked for cash in the amount of 43.55 . I did not have cash, so i paid in my visa. He did not have a receipt for the transaction. He took a screenshot of the computer. Then I check store across the street and the same cable is 10 $. I went back to return the cable, but they did not put money back on my card. I just called my bank. THIEVES! !!I would call police if I have time today because this fraud has to be investigated and out of bussiness with banned licenses to do any business. SINCE the girl working there before tried to change my service to more expensive but my friend get me already the service I had so I have witness I will contact Better Bussiness Beauro. AVOID this thievery place!!!!!!!

They add extra fees, the employee GELI stated that, since they are a third party seller they charge shop fees. A line change would cost you around $30 but they charge $40 more on top of the $30. And federal taxes are included also. I ask politely about the store policies and gave no answer.

I would give zero stars if I can......... Two times now I go to this location and the customer service is the worst......... I don't know how they are getting bisnuss but this location they should all be fired if they worked for me... The owner or manager should seriously think about retraining or just fire everyone.......... The worst experience ever...........

Terrible customer service! There’s a woman who services here and I was there a while back trying to pay my phone line; however, she was completely oblivious and even suspended my line-she got angry. I had to call metro. I tried coming back a while later again to the same store and the same lady refused to attend me. She told me that there was no service and did not help me in any way or form.

Don’t ever go there I went to pay my bill and the cashier tried to steal my money and I caught her changing my plan 6 different times and when the police got there she tried to hide the box cutter and lied about everything but I had text messages showing what she was doing and when I asked for a refund she pulled a box cutter out on me and kept screaming she was going to kill me don’t ever go there they are stealing money it was a light skin Spanish girl with green eyes and long black hair don’t go there I’m pressing charges

Don’t buy here this place is a scam they charge u extra prices here and when u call metro pcs customer service they tell you that they have a different price and that it’s overcharged they should shut this place down wonder how many people they take advantage of :(
