“This place really is a 1 in a million find. They're a very well run shop: everyone is kind, informative, and accommodating. They fixed my Mazda3's front bumper after a hit-and-run incident. They explained every step of the process, and treated me as if I was their most important customer. My car looks as good as the day I bought it after it was finished! “Phenomenal car repair shop. The owner and his mechanics are extremely professional and knowledgeable in their craft. They know their cars! Went to another place to get my AC fixed - it stopped working in 2 months. Come to find out previous shop didn’t install it correctly! They showed me where the issue was, explained how it was installed incorrectly and then showed me how they installed it the right way. I have made them my go-to-shop. I get my oil changes done here now too. Jeep charges 3xs the amount and this place uses the same “high grade” oil. They even showed me the bottle, unsealed it, and poured it into my car in front of me. No nonsense place. Love them! Highly recommend.”

I would love if they would do deep interior detailing/thorough cleaning in 100 bucks. “My car died in my driveway. I called AAA who sent a tech that could not get my car to start and said I would need a tow. I requested one through the AAA app and the guy came within the hour. He told me he was unable to tow my car with his flatbed because he would have to drag it and told me that I needed to request a tow with a dolly. I waited a few hours for a tow (this is from another tow company that AAA sent and not Phil's). I was told the truck was on another call and would get to me shortly (this after waiting for over 2 hours). Finally, I get a call back that they were able to get another company to tow my car but it would take 90 minutes. At this point, who cares? I got a call from Alex from Phil's. He told me where he was and that he was on his way. He came with a flatbed and was able to bring my car to my mechanic, no problem. I was amazed by the skill and artistry that he used in getting my car safely on and off the tow truck! I have a newfound admiration for the drivers. He was friendly and helpful. He was also correct in his unofficial diagnosis of what was wrong with my car. I would definitely recommend this company and this driver. I wish AAA would've sent them first. It would've saved me over 6 hours of waiting for the other company.”

The receptionist Monique was extremely friendly and pleasant. She called me as soon as they received the request from the insurance and got me scheduled ASAP to drop of my car. The process after that was easy and stress free! I received texts with every update from the moment they started the process. I never had to call or ask about anything. Not only that, but they fixed my car earlier than expected. I had an original ETA of 3/19 and received a call from Monique stating that my car was ready to be picked up on 3/14. My car literally looked brand new lol. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dilon who brought my car out for me and he was so warm and welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone!”

“Thank you Dominic! PPF and Gotham City Collision is a great detailer and ppf wrapper for ALL YOU TESLA OWNERS in the Tri-State area. I brought my model X in for a full film wrap and couldn't be happier with the results. Dominic was patient with me, answered all my questions before the work started, did a great review of the x before taking it in (pointing out all the manufacturer issues) and gave me an honest and fair market price for the job (even being so close to the city). While other detailers estimated a day or two for a full wrap, Dominic put it at a minimum of 4 days so the job could be done right and he was spot on. The vehicle paint and finish doesn't come perfect from the manufacturer so Dominic got it up to snuff. Its not just a drive in, get a wrap and drive out. Its more of a drive in, Dominic treats your car better than you would, does a patient and professional job and you drive out looking even better then you could imagine. Insurance won't cover the rock chips, bird droppings and other routine wear and tear of the roads so you get paint protection film. However, you don't get film, you get a reliable and certified professional installer to put the film on and that's what Dom and his crew are. Reliable, responsible, honest, careful, caring, passionate, friendly and informative was my experience.”

“I recently used Sean auto spa. They detailed my car and made it look like new. My baby was dirty dirty and it looks great now. I had them also do my mother's car the next day and she wanted scratches removed and they charge extra but because they were unable to remove the scratches they did not charge the scratch fee which other places would because the use of their product and labor. Overall great experience. They also ask to inspect the car before they leave in case anything else they need to redo. Thank you guys!”
