This is a florist that should not be in business. My husband went to get some roses for my birthday, he’s gotten them there before and they only lasted a couple of days, however, he tried again today. He came back with the saddest looking bouquet I’ve ever seen. if I’d gone to Tops, I could’ve done 100% better for 1/50 of the price. The bouquet was sadly comprised of just what a real bouquet would’ve had as filler. Not one distinguishing flower in the bunch, and mostly dead or dying. They should not have charged my husband a cent, but given them to him to use as fertilizer. They should be ashamed. This is not how you do business. I’m going to call and complain when I can. I will never use this florist and will spread the word not to use them to my friends as well. They should be ashamed, taking advantage of my husband like that. It makes me furious.

For a very very small arrangement, $70, and a get well balloon, I told them person was in hospital, so they gave me a Bon Voyage card with the flowers ?, they lost a customer

Great customer service! I called before store hours and actually got someone in early. Easily ordered a beautiful large bouquet of mixed flowers with some balloons for my Aunt's 85th birthday. All delivered by 11am same day! So happy with florist. Arrangement was perfect.

Ordered a spray and bouquets for an event. Not only were the flowers fresh, colorful and gorgeous, but guests actually commented on how beautiful they were!

I ordered a bouquet for Valentine's Day....in lavender....it was absolutely perfect......it was beautiful....the colors fantastic....and a light lavender vase....I requested morning delivery and someone came about 10 or 11 I forgot...I will use their florist from now on. Oh, I have to find my photo on my phone...I'm technically challenged. I'll find it and send it if I can.

I Called on a Saturday to order flowers for an Aunt who was just Hospitalized. Even though it was just 2 hours before they were to close they were able to make a flower arrangement and deliver it. Especially during this time of Covid, it made my Aunt happy to know she was being thought of and she felt wasn't alone all weekend in the Hospital.

Down the street from me. A go to place for a quick shop of fresh veggies or flowers or a bag of garden dirt.Donuts in season.

I have read a few posts stating that the flowers are awful and this is not true. I only can say is that every-time i went to pick out flowers and my own arrangements it came out perfect. Yea, they are expensive but what flower shop now a days isnt? Staff are helpful and friendly, just need to ask. I have never pre ordered an arrangement but every one i made myself lasted a long time, had beautiful flowers and i was very satisfied.

AVOID THIS FLORIST: My son spent a small fortune on an arrangement for Mother's Day, which was left on my front porch. When I returned home on this cold and dreary day, the flowers were wilted on the petals from the weather.
I contacted florist and told them he should get his money back. I was called back and a message was left that a new bouquet could be made. I had to leave ANOTHER message stating that I didn't want another bouquet and that they were just left on the front porch, damaged from weather, and that a refund should be made.
No refund was given and florist NEVER called me back. They simply don't seem to care about customers.

My boyfriend sent me flowers today as it is my first day back to work after losing my grandfather. Trying to cheer me up. I received the flower arrangement which was a nice surprise but the arrangement itself is awful. Half of the flowers are wilting/dead. I don’t even want to tell him as I’m sure he will feel bad about it but I will make sure he never orders flowers from Wonderland again. As a florist you should be ashamed.

I know nothing about buying flowers. I was warned that Wonderland is expensive. I figured the experience would be ugly. However, after some very excellent customer service from an older woman, I had an elegant bouquet that met all my expectations. In fact, it exceeded my expectations, because it was also about twenty dollars under my budget (which I had informed the saleswoman of, she could have easily upsold me, but did not take advantage of my flower ignorance). I will be back the next time I need flowers for an occasion!
