I have been using Valley oil now for over 8 years. They consistently have provided good regular delivery and quality product. i did also note that since i switched to them i have much less soot then used to be the case with that big company in the area that has swallowed up all the small companies . I don't mind they do not offer equipment service and just provide good reliable oil delivery. they are consistently lower in price than those big guys .

We had been using Valley Oil for 15 years. They were a relatively new company when we started with them. We have been very happy with their service up until now. We are very disappointed with their unwillingness to price match for our monthly budget plan. They came in $20 higher per month than a different company. They came down $4 for the monthly charge. It was the end of our yearly contract and of course we shopped around because with oil prices increasing, we want the best deal. So disappointed that they were willing to lose such a longtime customer. We terminated our account and moved on!! I hope they read this review.
