Anthony was extremely patient and helpful in looking for our home upstate. He went the extra mile and answered every question we could possibly have, often driving 1 hr+ to enable the sales process. I could not recommend him enough!

Would give zero stars if it were an option. This “team” represented the seller in a transaction in which we participated. After we were notified that we were the “best and highest”, I traveled out to NY to meet with the inspector only to be notified the day before the inspection that the listing agent/seller had accepted a different higher bid a week after ours was accepted. Illegal? Evidently not. Unethical/unscrupulous? That and a lot more. All I can say is buyer (or seller I suppose) beware.This “real estate” firm is a complete joke. And a bad one at that. Maybe they do a better job at peddling candles and trinkets.

Upstate Down is a wonderful full-service business! From real estate, home decorations, furniture and design services, Upstate Down has it all! We can't wait for the furniture store to open. The Upstate Down team delivered the impossible last year, finding me a gorgeous last minute summer rental in Rhinebeck (with a pool). They also helped me extend the rental for the entire year. I trust them with my future plans and they are great people you'll want to stay in touch with as you get to know the area.

We listed our house with Delyse and thought she did an outstanding job. We interviewed other brokers, and we thought she had the best grasp on the strategy on how to maximize value. She executed perfectly--even though the house had some serious issues---and we sold the house for well above asking. More than anything else, I think she is strategic and understands the high-end buyer mindset. Especially for high-end properties, I couldn't recommend her more highly.

My husband and I had known Delyse and Jon for several years before we started working with them. They are passionate about what they do and they do it with integrity. Delyse sold our house before we even put it on the market! There were points in the process where she went way above and beyond her responsibility as a broker. She also found us a reliable tenant for our apartment in the village. We are very grateful. They have experience and knowledge plus they have a pulse and are hip to the trends. I trust their judgement. Not to mention very easy to work with :) Highly recommend.
