I went in to buy some pants. I wear an unusual size, so not only did they order the size that I need, they GAVE me a free pair of jeans because no one ever buys that size! In Louisiana, that is known as “ lagniappe†or “ a little something extraâ€. These people understand service and are as polite as can be. I'm a customer for life.

Thank you to Jess and the staff at Rhinebeck Dept. Store for mailing me the earring that fell of while I was trying on clothes a few days ago. It was carefully packaged and accompanied by a handwritten card. A real class act. Long may you thrive! Nice clothes, too.

The two ladies that run this place provide excellent customer service and make everyone feel welcome as they enter the store. I had called in advance to make sure they still had an item that was featured in the window and as they promised it was still available 48 hours later. The selection of high quality clothing products on display always complement the season or at least the upcoming season. I look forward to my next visit.
