Such a cute toy shop in Rhinebeck! We were in visiting the area and popped in, as we always have to stop at a toy store for our kids lol, and we loved it! It's small, but PACKED with awesome brands and endless amounts of toys, games, crafty items, some clothes. Our kids loved it and we did too so we will definitely be back!

Don't whatever you do, don't buy from the store. I got caught up by my granddaughter's big blue teary eyes and I bought the calico critters jeep. It was $44. When I came home and things settled I checked on Amazon and it was $26! Rhey nearly doubled their prices and you cannot get a refund. You can get a store credit or exchange for some thing in the store and that's it. Just be careful when you're buying from that store. you can probably get things a lot cheaper if you take a time to look.

Great spot to shop local with a lot of inventory. However, since the move to the new location the store feels very overcrowded and hard to search and browse. Unfortunately we will be shopping at another local toy shop or at the local bookstore in the future as this has been the second experience I have gone into the store with my daughter where she was reprimanded by a store staff member for playing with a toy on display. I offered her a toy as it was an opened toy on display to view ( and something I love stores do as it is a great opportunity to see if a child is interested in a toy. ) This last experience of shopping I was shocked by the language and tone this staff member used towards my child - without even acknowledging me! She reprimanded my daughter and stated that the toy was hers and to give it right back . The staff member talked directly to my child and never acknowledged me and I was standing right next to my child!!!! What is a toy store if a child is not allowed to play!!

While I have not been to the store in person (yet) I did order a Jelly cat Bunny for my daughter online. The delivery was swift and the bunny was beautifully packaged!She absolutely loves it!I look forward to when I can visit the store in person to see the grandeur of the toy selection and displays!

Elena has unusual and exciting toys for kids. My granddaughters ask to go there the minute they come to Rhinebeck. She takes time with each child making suggestions.

Really cute store with a great selection. My son bought a remote control car which we found out wasn’t completely operational after installing the batteries at home. The store offered to replace it or give cash/store credit with no hassle at all. My son picked out another toy in exchange and they even let us keep the broken car. So wonderfully nice! It was my sons first time in a toy store due to Covid. We couldn’t have asked for a better first experience.

A must stop for that special something to take home to your special little(s). The only challenge is not falling for everything. So well curated! Rhinebeck is an amazing visit as the area is beautiful, but thanks to the shop owner who went above and beyond to help me while I was visiting for a wedding in the area, I am already thinking of my happy returns. I’m delighted they have a website and will be ordering stocking stuffers for the holidays!
