My friend that lives in Rhinebeck gifted me a box of a variety of chocolates from this store when I visited from out of town and I haven’t stopped eating them! They are so soft and fresh. Very high quality and delicious taste. I won’t be able to leave Rhinebeck without a box from now on! Can’t wait to check out the store in person next time I’m in town.

Wonderful store for fancy and delicious chocolates. They make great gifts for any occasion. Staff is very nice and they have alot of customers. Selection is huge, something for everyone, even sugar free.

Best find ever! The price was incredible! Both the chocolate and filling were delicious. I make my own chocolates, so I'm particular where I spend money buying pre-made chocolates. I'd gladly go here again!

I would give it a 5 star review. But my lawddd is this pricey. I know its handmade, bleh bleh bleh, and if I don't like it to not go here. But its extremely extremely pricey. Delicious chocolate though, friendly employees. I think you know what you're getting and just comes with the territory, but two 1lb boxes plus 2 little bags of bark came to $82. So if you haven't been here, you're forewarned!

Wow. What a wonderful selection. So great to shop on Easter weekend. Kids absolutely loved the store. So much to choose from. Place smells delicious as soon as you walk in. We haven’t stopped snacking all day LOL! Thank you!

Great Chocolate shop. Large variety and reasonable prices. Grab a bag of sweets while shopping around Rhinebeck. Highly recommend the Chocolate covered peanut butter pretzels. ?

Omg - the chocolates here are amazing! The prices are in line for the area. So much variety to choose from! Friendly staff. Much better than the other more touristy candy shop nearby. Instant mood-elevation just by entering the store and taking a deep breath in!

It's a nice little place offering mostly chocolates but they also have some candy. I love licorice and theirs is one of the best I ever had.

Krause's is your one stop shop for everything chocolate related. They also have VERY fair prices! Hidden in the cutest strip mall, get ready to enter a mini chocolate factory. The workers were so nice and patient, I can only imagine that they have to explain every chocolate a million times a day but she was so sweet about it. I picked up some lose bags around the store - they had 1/4 and 1/2lb bags of fun different treats around the store. I picked up some chocolate covered s'mores and dark chocolate covered espresso beans. Both absolutely delicious. I also got a box of some other goodies. Everything was great, fresh and perfectly sweet. Add this spot to your list if you're in the area.

Oh. my. gosh. I consider myself a chocolate snob. Krause's made me oooh and aaah with every selection, from the dark choc covered "sponge" (See's called theirs molasses chips) to a hazelnut layered truffle to the genius graham cracker with chewy caramel and chocolate covering. Thank heavens I don't live any closer. For the quality, about $17/lb, is a fair price.
