“Recently relocated to the Glenville area and my car was due for a August inspection.After Google searching and then calling several other garages( that were booked until Sept) ,I called High Mills and was given an appointment for the day I requested.The woman who booked my appointment was very pleasant.The day of my appointment,I dropped my car off and was pleasantly surprised to find a clean office and clean ,comfortable waiting area .I received a text later on that morning visually explaining my inspection which was something I've never experienced before and that is a great idea.Upon pickup, I had the pleasure of meeting Glenn and he explained the findings to me which was nothing more then a rear window wiper in need of replacement .So glad I found High Mills and feel confident that my service needs will be met !”
“My fuel pump failed 280 miles from home on N.Y. Thruway in late afternoon. Tow truck driver brought me to Ankers, who had me back on the road in 24 hours. I won’t be able to use them again, but I’d recommend them to anyone. Also thanks to tow truck driver for taking me there.”

“I’ve been searching for a car for ages and when I finally found one that fit me it was a breeze after that. I live over an hour away from the dealership and I was able to get almost everything done over the phone or online and when I went to see the vehicle as soon as I said my name my service rep James took care of me. The car was in a good condition, clean, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get all the service reports, carfax, and warranty information printed immediately and I could physically look over it all. And since buying the car I’ve gotten periodic texts from Shelby just to make sure everything with the vehicle is good and I’m happy with the purchase. “Okay ive been stuck in albany/ Schenectady for about 3weeks an mannn this was a process UNTIL I GOT TO THIS MAVIS. Mind you ive went to previous shops while being up here an nobody could take out this 1 lug nut. But when I got here it was professional the moment I got in. Chris was who I spoke to an he got me into the shop asap on top of that he got the lug nut out within 10 minutes. Emmy also was helpful because all the shops prior could not take out the lug nut so this shop seemed really confident an that helped alot. West cool dude he changed my tire with no problem an I can't be more then happy. Im not from albany im from queens ny so im far from home but anytime I mean anytime I come up here ill be coming to this mavis everytime for my car. Again thanks you guys”

“I stopped in to get my car inspected. I was unaware that you had to schedule this so I ended up needing to come back another day. It is not unreasonable, especially as you get closer to the end of the month, but it was inconvenient. However, as always the staff at this location is efficient, I gave them a timeline to complete by the end of my work day and it was done well before then. Also, my car is geriatric, meaning some part is always needing to be replaced. I needed new brakes, they called to tell me, gave me the price point, and completed it as well even though I had signed up for was my inspection. All in all this is still the location and garage I will use for ease of use, efficient time frame to complete work, convenient Saturday hours when needed, and reasonable prices.”

“This spot has high ratings for good reason. What you read in the reviews here is accurate and true. I recently called a local chain competitor, they wanted 550 to do the work. Being in the automotive industry that seemed a bit high, this place is located near my house so I gave them a call, they were able to get me in the next day and have it done same day for 340. Keep in mind, this was very much non-invasive work so not everything will be done in one day, when you read this. They were polite, courteous, and very accommodating especially having the time constraint traveling for the weekend... they also test drove the vehicle and checked out everything. This spot is legit. Shop here with confidence.”
