“I needed help yesterday because my parcel had been delivered to a supermarket mailbox but the supermarket staff and I did not seem to understand one another.I was confused between us until I reached USPS. The lady at the counter was able to help me a quick solution by contacted a right person. Then I was given a parcel by a gentleman after he drove to the supermarket. It was a pleasure to work with them and I really appreciated their kindness.”

“I would like to commend a woman named ‘Kim’ for helping me this morning on the phone. Since early June when I submitted my request for a transfer of ‘temporary’ mail thru what I thought was USPS.com, to my daughter’s in MA, I first wound up unknowingly on a scam site, which charged my crcd $99.95, took about 5 weeks to get my $ back, tried in vain to correct my mail delivery as it wound up to be ‘permanent’. Finally today, I got real help, I am forever grateful for this employee. “Donna is a fantastic worker, she is always positive and engaging, and my packages always see their way out in one piece.The only negative feedback i can think of is the very large gap time in the middle of the day when the office is closed, i feel like this location is busy enough that there should be more than one person on the clock at one time, so breaks are covered.”

“I love this post office. Employees are great and they will explainto to you everything. Front doors are open 24/7 and you can do self service after hours with machine they have in the hall. I move my PO Box from Colonie mall to Niskayuna, Schenectady County and I'm very happy I did that. Thank you for your service. Keep up doing outstanding job.”

“They provide many services, not only send mail, but you can also renew the passport or apply for a passport if you do not have one before. International shipping is available, and there are many other services for foreign trips. The service is not bad, but there is a noticeable lack of the number of workers who are available. I hope they will add more so that it does not take longer.”

“A solid post office. This is a good, honest post office in my experience. I have lived upstate for a while and I feel fortunate that this is my local post office because if your local one is bad it can really be the bane of one's existence regardless of how nice a place you live.I would also like to mention that the staff here are wonderful and will go out of their way to be of assistance to you which has not gone unappreciated by me. Jacob, Maddie, and Justin (new carrier) have all gone above and beyond in assisting me during a difficult time (being temporarily displaced from my apt due to construction then being moved back) and I had to mention them.Thanks so much to Jacob in particular for going out of his way to locate, scan and hand me my mail shortly after closing one rainy, stressful day when my mail was being held... the kind of customer service you don't often get.Thank you Heritage Station for hiring friendly and high quality staff.”

“This post office is fine, they're open later than most especially on Saturdays. Keep in mind they close for an entire house for lunch, 2-3.The lines can get long here, lots of people come with completely unpacked items and want to ship something, which can make it take 20+ minutes sometimes if there's a couple people in line unprepared as there is only one teller at a time.They do their best to handle it though, so that's really not on USPS.”

There aren't a whole lot of post offices in the area, so there aren't many options to choose from, but I like this one and I would come here again to mail a package.”
