Not a welcoming store. I really shocked the way the person(Matt) responded to me. He is very rude not professional at all. Matt showed racism to me by his behavior. When he received the other customer after me the behavior and the body language is completely different. Didn’t expect this in corporate store at all. Manager is good.

We're an italian family, we spent like 3 hours inside, but went out after we spent with credit card 75 $, and my son did't have anything - no giga no calls... we re coming back they did that they did a mistake, but they didn't give money back for now- we love USA and we're coming in USA from long time, and never we had an so bad experience. After we went to another company and in 20 minutes we had all we need! We hope that they could give maney back as soon as possble. If you are a not USA citizen please choose another opportunity. ASK MONEY BACK -YOU HAVE OUR PHONE CARD - WE HAVE NO SERVICE - AND YOU MADE A CONTRACT MISTAKE- so I hope have money back in few days

I was going there to take care of my Fios bill because on the website it says it can be taken care of there. I walked in and told them and they immediately told me they don't do it at this location.

Miracle workers. Started classes at HVCC yesterday and dropped my phone- totally bugged up my SIM. I walked in today and within ten minutes my SIM card was replaced no charge. I don't know the workers names but two nice gentlemen in there were extremely helpful and kind to both my father and I.

I went to the Verizon store in November of 2022 and worked with Amber. Amber did her job wrong and in March of 2023 we are still dealing with the repercussions of her actions. Her manager defended said actions, even though Verizon itself has told us what she did was incorrect. Amber's customer service was poor in November of 2022 and her inability to do her job is still affecting my family and I FOUR months later. Amber, if you're seeing this, I'm begging you to consider a different career.

All I can say is that on January 31st, I visited the East Greenbush Verizon on Columbia Turnpike. After being told that they would be right with me, I was totally ignored while waiting for a half hour after which I left. It is a strange place as seems many places are in the area despite its modern building as compared to the quite outdated buildings and infrastructure in EG.New

I went to the Verizon in Rensselaer for assistance with my 1st Responder Discount. I explained my issue to a polite but unprofessionally dressed (Dallas Jersey) individual who offered me no assistance and gave me a 1 800 number for me to call. I immediately drove to the Verizon store on Columbia Turnpike. Matt Immediately pulled up my account and was able to determine that there was an issue between ID ME and Verizon. He applied my discount and I received a confirmation email. Staff at the Rensselaer store do not want to provide assistance to 1st responders. I will never go there for anything, the staff their should be trained by Matt from the Columbia Turnpike store.

I would never enter this store again! The sales representative that I dealt with, and I wish I knew his name, was so arrogant with a big chip on his shoulder. Avoid this location! I hope if you do go there you don’t have him trying to help you.

This place is horrible. They will rip you off any chance they can get. They stole a phone from my sister and then claim it just disappeared on it's own! High salesman turnover. Rude. Buyer beware.

In April 2022 I placed an order with Frank in the store to purchase a phone, case and a pen. I was charged over $2,000 for all 3. I was given the phone, the case and pen were ever shipped to my house or the store. For the past 6 months I've been returning to the store asking for status of the case and the pen I was charged for. Stuff advised me that they are not able to pull up any information and I have to leave my number for manager to call me back. After 5 visits.... the Manger never called back. In December 2022 I walked into Store and the Manager of the store Oz happened to be in and advised me that he is not able to pull up my information and I shall leave my information and general manager Amber will call me back or I can call customer service. After 45 min on the line with customer service and no answer I'm starting to consider new provider.

This store is an embarrassment. Employees take breaks while customers are waiting. Others are playing on their tablets like you aren't there.
