Went in yesterday to ship my gifts for operation Santa. The woman at the counter ( I didn’t catch her name) was incredibly patient and helpful despite being unfamiliar with the process. This was one of the best post office experiences I’ve had anywhere.

Ms. Jami at the front desk is a patient employee. She makes an effort to be nice to everyone and doesn’t mind looking up stuff she’s unsure about. She was efficient when I needed her to ensure that my package got labeled correctly. I’ll certainly use USPS at this location again !
