It drove in very good condition, easy to operate and fit what I needed. The staff person was helpful with answering questions I had and made the check-out and check-in process quick and simple. You can’t fault a company for doing there job when your out driving with no license and an illegal plate on your vehicle causing accidents and think your not going to get charged!I Just went on this site to get Essentials number again to use them and saw this gentleman picture below and the review he wrote and felt I should share the actual truth on what happened! I especially like the dolly/hand truck because it allows me to securely move very large appliances unassisted and costs less than a less functional version from HomeDepot. The after-hours drop off is a big deal as some other locations don’t allow that.”
