Solid 3 stars, could be cleaner, some days could be warmer, seating could be better. You get the sense that the owner is around and cares but not enough. Most machines work, some dryers don't get hot. People try to mark them but then their messages get lost or scrubbed off. There is no posted number to allow for compliments or complaints. There's an ATM and a change machine, both working. It's 24 hrs and has a utility sink, regular washers and enough mega loads/maxi loads to accomodate everyone. People do feel comfortable enough to leave a load in and come back for it. As far as Rensselaer goes this is the best Laundromat available in the area.

Neither as good nor as bad as some people say. It's open 24 hours and there are enough functional washers and dryers, but it's quite disgraceful that several dryers constantly have their doors completely off with no notices of pending fixes. Also, different dryers (of the same size) charge different amounts!! The owner's lack of pride in his business is quite evident. I guess we're lucky to have it here, but wish there were better options.

I would give it a -5 if I could. It is absolutely disgusting. Half of the machines are broken, rusted, or moldy. My coves came out the dryer smelling like urine. Owners are clearly pocketing all of the money and putting nothing back into the business. I feel terrible for the people who have to come here.

Terrible!I was traveling thru and decided to stop.Place was terrible. Dirty, a lot of machines old and not working.Detergent machine not workingI should have listened to reviews!Went down the road to Nine Juliet in Castleton.Quiet, clean and everything works

Washers seem okay. Dryers NEVER work. Almost every single one there’s like there is no heat what’s so ever. i’ve tried different times, different temperatures, smaller loads.. they do not dry one bit. to the point where people started writing on them ‘no good’ for other people to know and not waste their money.

Came here to do laundry out of 20 plus machines only 7 worked . Same with the dryers . Coin machines were empty I had to drive all the way up the hill to the bank to get change. The only 35 pound washer that worked washed my clothes for over a hour and half.

Typical laundromat. Has lots of big machines which I prefer. Place was clean with dryer sheets on the floor (expected since it's a laundromat). All of the patrons I ran into were very pleasant and helpful (held open doors, shared of a machine wasn't working). I happened to find a dryer that didn't work and reached out through the online messenger. Owner gave me a refund within 48 hours, I thought that was a very reasonable time frame. Very pleased with even getting a refund. Also I think a lot of patrons don't realize if we don't notify the workers/owners that the machines are down then how will them know they need to be fixed??? I will definitely be using this place again. Clothes came out very clean and the good dryers get very hot so all of my blankets and clothes were dry. I hate leaving with wet clothes. Overall great laundromat, the parking lot is a bit small but you are with walking distance of restaurants and Aldi's is very close by.
