Today was my long waited day off that I well deserved for myself so I was having a cool lazy day off as I promised myself long time ago until I decided to go to staples in eastgreenbush my whole mood is ruined I wish I wish I had never gone there and face the rude lady that printed my documents out if I knew that would happen I would not have gone and kept my coolness for the day but it is what it is i can't get back to the past and fix it the main problem I have always went for my copies to staple I have always printed out from my outlook never once had problem today I went like I normally do want to get copies done they said outlook had problems and we never helped anyone before to print out from Outlook so I wonder how I managed it to print out hundred of time before without issues so I couldn't get my code back from Staples print me so I couldn't use self service the thing is I couldn't receive anything from Staples but I could recieve emails from my husband while I was in staples this tells me staples has problem not my outlook but then blame it on my outlook when i went to get the print out from the service area the lady over there was extremely rude first didn't ask if i need black and white or colors so i got copies in colors so now i have to throw them out when i went to pay she was even rude because i couldnt focus with the screen in front of me and respond correctly the way she talked i felt like she was yelling in my face what if I zoned out while paying what if my mind isnt working properly because is full with many life things what if the document I got wasnt what i was expecting so my mind was trying to process this mistake first and then trying to look for how to fix that at the same time many things what if I was just sad on the outcome and couldn't focus there could be more reason to why I couldn't focus in that specific time but whatever the reason treating me like that is not acceptable because I came to get a service and I paid my hard earning dollars for the service at least I should not be treated like you are doing me a favor and you have a right to be angry with me or yell at me or be rude i will still go get my work fixed from the other staple tomorrow but never back again to that specific staples

The East Greenbush store is well stocked and have items that are on sale in stock!! The manager as well as the salesperson who helped me to complete my purchases were excellent during my recent visits.

Kelly from the Print & Marketing center is truly amazing. Her and I spent a hour trying to figure things out sizing for invites. She took her time to make sure everything was right. She was fun to talk to when trying to figure things out and was excited when we found the solution. Even with all of the craziness with returns, she made sure I was taken care of. She’s amazing!

I had the best customer service experience that I've had in quite some time. I was literally wondering aimlessly trying to locate an item and a young associate named Tai asked if he could help me. He was in the middle of another task but stopped and gave me his attention. As it turns out, the store didn't have my items on the shelf, but he offered to search on the website and placed an online order for me. He followed me up front. Printed out my order form and checked me out. This morning my items were delivered to my front door. Big shout out to Tai.

I can't even give one star! We went into staples to print copies and we could not figure out how to get it from our email to staples so we ask the young girl with glasses for help, well half an hour later with no acknowledgment from the girl we left and went to our car to look at our email and try to fiqure it out ourselves which we DID! We then went back in and completed what we came to do and while we were there the same girl looked at us but didn't acknowledge us! On our way out she was behind us to get a cart that was left outside so my husband said hey thanks for acknowledging us and for helping us! She replied well we are super busy!!! How rude and also isn't that what your job is to help people in that area because that is where you work! Staples DO BETTER!

The print area associate, an older woman with glasses... should be fired. Thank you for barely acknowledging me... taking another customer ahead of me and don't worry I fixed your jammed printer my damn self.... because you were to busy taking your own leisure time on the computer. And forgetting about the 2 other customers who also needed help.

I have reading disabilities and more and I needed a document that didn't exist I can't do it on my own I went to Staples the manager suggested one of her workers to help me an amazingly enough even though the beginning was like really just lost in the darkness type mentality this worker was able to do some research and come up with a document that I needed that didn't exist before and the document I needed for this particular unusual circumstance she did an amazing job and I don't see anything could end up being a problem abusing it from this point on I thank her and I thank her manager amazing experience and I spent less than a dollar for paper printouts that's all the cost they're amazing customer service so people with disabilities learning disabilities reading disabilities and more this Staples location was amazing

SUPER customer service! I've been there twice for both passport and TSA precheck services and both times the staff and management have gone above and beyond- WAY above and beyond. I am so impressed! I don't need to buy office supplies often, but when I do I will be going to this Staples.
