The store itself was well-stocked, quiet, and clean, which was a positive aspect. However, the issue arose with the staff, who seemed to be struggling with management-related problems aloud.
Upon reaching the register, I inquired about the St. Patrick's Day 17% off promotion and whether there were any ongoing sales in-store. To my surprise, the young lady attending the register did not know about the promotion whatsoever. This lack of awareness was disconcerting, especially considering that she works at the store.
It was disappointing and somewhat frustrating to encounter such ignorance from a staff member, as one would expect employees to be informed about ongoing promotions and discounts.

I went to a store to get help printing some pictures, but the staff members were not helpful. They were more interested in talking to each other than helping me. I left without getting any help and I will not be going back.

After a long day of meeting with congress and their constituents to get life saving bills passed, my coworkers and I had to use the bathroom.We asked for the code after noticing there was no signs stating they didn’t work & made sure they were for the public, and the woman at the pharmacy lied right to our face about them “being unusable”. It’s illegal to lack signage. It’s illegal to falsely advertise anything to the public.It is evident she judged us based off our appearances. How progressive.The rest of the comments are disgustingly similar. Do better.

The pharmacist is vital to a patients safety and well being. if your ok with your pharmacist doing the absolute bare minimum possible for your health, this is for you. Otherwise I highly recommend going somewhere else.

Unbelievably rude customer associates, I was shopping for salicylic acid or "Compound W" for about 30 minutes and interrupted several times, harassed, berated, threatened and intimidated after I insisted I didn't need help and help was unwanted which was ignored by several different elderly women or associates who don't understand English language, communication, personal space, human decency, respect or privacy... I left and filed a complaint with customer service, needless to say I will not be shopping here again.

Absolutely terrible experiences here but most recently I picked up a prescription for my 11 month olds ear infection which was supposed to be given 2x a day over 10 days. On day 5 we ran out of the medication so I called to see if I needed to get more thinking I wasn’t given enough. Turns out, they wrote the prescription wrong and she was only supposed to be getting the medication once a day. Extremely nerve wracking that they would mess up a prescriptions dosage/directions especially for an infant on a strong antibiotic. Will never go here again and would never recommend to anyone.

My two children just had their first covid vaccine at this Walgreens and the Pharmacist, Steve was beyond wonderful! He was so patient, kind, understanding, clear, understandable and efficient! My kids were clearly nervous and he made them feel comfortable and at ease. He did the paperwork and shot quickly so the kids could get through it and move on. Thanks Steve!!! We hope you do the second dose for them!

Very frustrating pharmacy experience, multiple times. Everyone has an attitude, they have sighed at me with audible frustration... I’ve had partially filled scripts without notification OR they didn’t even notify me that my insurance isn’t covering a script, and as such they wouldn’t be filling it. I have multiple medications that I NEED ~every day~, so whether my insurance is covering it or not, or if they are only partially covering, I need to know so I can fill those scripts and/or make a second appointment with my provider. I need pharmacy staff that go above and beyond for their patients to make sure they’re taken care of. CVS pharmacy staff in Latham are amazing, they often find me coupons (like when my doctor is on vacation or something, so my med schedule is off and insurance is being difficult). I switched to this Walgreens because I moved, it’s closer, but tbh the 20 minute drive is going to be worth it for me to work with pharmacy staff who are focused, serious, and prioritize their patients’ health and saving $. I just used a coupon — one that I found myself when a friend referred me to GoodRx — to buy a 21 day script for the same price I would have paid for 8 pills out of pocket. CVS would do that automatically for me, and have the option READY when they called me to tell me my insurance wouldn’t cover the script. Step it up, Walgreens.
