It’s clean and the staff keep it tidy, but it’s constantly packed. If you go between 3pm and 10pm, getting on cables and and smith machine is a 10min wait, minimum. It’s a good gym but you’re going to be here for an extra 20 minutes over the course of a workout due to waiting. They suffer from the classic problem every planet falls victim to: far too many cardio machines and not nearly enough actual lifting equipment.

The employees were very kind and helpful. The gym was closed for a few days due to a broken AC and the employees were very apologetic about the situation even though it was something that is out of their control.

Absolutely unprofessional for this location not to send an email regarding closure and when it will reopen. I have been to other locations and this location has old/broken equipment compared to other locations not to mention the never ending AC that doesn't work. I joined for the location convenience. The owner CLEARLY does not care about their business.

I would like to see the machines that need service to be tended to quicker. Also the air is not on yet and it gets hot in there and the big overhead fans don't help.
I absolutely love the girl, Tegan who works weekdays at 7-2.
She's friendly and attentive. Overall, it's a great place to work out and feel comfortable with a lot of the regulars getting together!

Very clean and neat PF, even when it's crowded(according to crowd meter), there is plenty of room, so it never feels crowded. Really like the fact it's in its own huge building so everything is spread out as far as equipment. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Definitely will be coming back when in the area.
