Drove 40 minutes to here after calling and confirming that the spindle socket was 2 1/2 inches at its longest point. Older gentlemen says "yep it is"I get there and he has a socket for 2 3/8ths. Older Guy proceeds to tell me that 3/8ths and 1/2 an inch are the same thingNapa clearly don't know how fractions work. What they do know is how to lie over the phone.

This NAPA seemed a little better than the one I shopped in West Sand Lake and cheaper too. The customer service was good and the counter person even said thank you after the transaction, plus helped with some insight about my vehicle issue. This is a new location next to Price Chopper, as they moved from the old location.

Excellent place, the staff was great. Needed a battery and they helped me out. Respectable prices. Would go there again. No complaints, would recommend them. That's just one man's opinion.

Even if you bring the exact replacement part still be prepared for not getting it and be ready for the being a bad backyard comment's. Go to advance or auto zone and get the right part first
