My boyfriend and I reached out to Effective Coverage expecting the usual run around of either high rates or impossible to reach staff. But we called the 800 number and were shortly connected to a real person. Her name was Heather and she was the absolute best. She offered us a great rate immediately and was incredibly personable. “I am a Real Estate Investor and hired Maria Malm to sell two of my single-family homes after a few successful, local brokerages with very strong sales records were unable to do the job. After Maria's initial walkthrough of my home, she offered great ideas to stage it since the home had an old-fashioned layout. My homes were on the market for a few years and as you can imagine, I went through a very difficult time (with a few bad breaks) so it was a breath of fresh air to finally highly a professional Agent who responded to my questions/feedback and was on top of everything to get both deals done. I have no doubt that Maria is the reason that my difficult sales closed because I noticed all of the things that she did, which other Agents were too busy to do. She went above and beyond, even having numerous contacts for honest masons, plumbers, etc. who helped me along this stressful journey of selling two large investments. Not to mention, there were issues during the closings but unlike my experience with a previous Agent, Maria never stopped returning my calls after the deal passed the Attorney review. Maria is everything that I could ask for in an Agent - she is not only one of the most polite Agents who you will meet but also, a strong Agent who never gives up. She has earned my trust and I would highly recommend having a discussion with her for those interested in putting their homes on the market (you will see what I mean.)”
