This place often has paper signs on the door saying they are closed. I can not tell you how many times I have gone and they are closed. Would be better if they were staffed and open.

It’s always closed when I try to visit with a little “will return” sign that’s over an hour away. Literally the last four times I’ve tried to come in it’s been closed. (In the 4-5 hours). This is part of the reason I’m cancelling my pro membership. I’m done. The other part has to do with corporate limiting more and more stuff off the $5 coupon, but that’s not this gamestops fault obviously. It IS their fault that they’re never open.

2-18-2023 @11am so they sold me the wrong games during the week I used my digital coupons but refused to give my full money back on return saying they don't use digital coupons well its on Google and on there website wow I'll just go too Amazon Or Target or Walmart way better I'll never do business again with Gamestop mean worker today so rude

I 100% suggest this game stop going to over the Hudson game stop the help here is incredible!!! Everyone seems to have a positive and good attitude and vibe I'm not gonna lie I am very glad that I had that horrible experience with the manager Jonathan at the Hudson gamestop to be introduced to this gamestop even know its out of the way this is my new GS ❤
