FedEx Has Gone All The Way Downhill Day 1 - I took off from work, waited all day (9am-9pm) into the night, and they never showed or updated their status until 9pm, saying they would deliver the next day between 9 and 155PM. Day 2 - I took off again, and waited until 2pm (after the time window), the tried to salvage some of my work hours. They showed up an hour later. My doorbell cam recorder the driver running up, ringing my doorbell (empty handed), then, without waiting even 1 second for a response, ran back to his truck, jumped in and took off. I got a message in red on my app saying i failed to be present during the scheduled delivery attempt. It made my blood boil. They then sent me a text that my delivery was rescheduled for Monday. I go the day off from my boss, so I could be there. On Saturday, I got another text saying they were going to deliver it on Tuesday... I give up. It'll get shipped back, and I have no idea what will happen after that. Oh yeah, and once I managed to get through the HORRIBLE customer service Bot, I got hung up on by the representative. TWICE. Thanks FedEx...
