I have to say, as much as I hate Spectrum and can commiserate with some of the other comments on this, our East Greenbush store is fantastic. Especially Brianna - She patiently helped us out when 3 other customer service reps either kicked the can down the road or flat out told us there was nothing they could do. So nice to run into a caring professional in this day and age who truly takes pride in a job well done. Thanks again Brianna.

Really appreciate the good service with my recent visit. Switched over a bunch of cell phones. Service has been very good with the spectrum. Netwerk am very happy with the customer service. I received great job.

Each time I have moved, I've dreaded dealing with changing service with Spectrum. Equipment never transfers, plans always vary, it's endlessly frustrating. My all time best Spectrum experience--not to mention the easiest part of my latest move--was this Spectrum location. Brianna had me set up in no time, and is the friendliest, most helpful Spectrum employee I have ever worked with.

the worst no help at all! was there for over and hour for them to tell me they could not help me. this store sucks and so does spectrum as a whole. will continue to downsize my service and port my cell numbers out! these people suck and so does this company!!

I found a Spectrum store not too far from me. I wanted to return the modem and router and see if they could shed any light on why the new equipment didn't work with my mom's service. They could not. The associate said he could issue new equipment to try. I said, unless you can tell me something concrete, I see no point in that because I re-installed the old equipment to functioning operation. He said he could give me a number to call. I said, that's what my brother did, and the answer was to send a new modem and router, the equipment I'm returning today. So I left it at that and got a receipt for the returned equipment.

Was simply trying to return equipment to this store. There were two employees. One took care of a customer and then she went into the back area and disappeared. The second employee spent 15 minutes at the service desk chatting with a former employee who had gotten a job at the casino. He ignored the fact that a customer was waiting to simply return equipment. When the former employee finally stopped chatting and left the desk, I returned my equipment within two minutes. Extemely inconsiderate and NOT customer oriented. I had been considering changing my mobile service but am not impressed with this lack of focus on the customer. I am happy that this store is located in Rensselaer County but the store management needs to work on training their employees and assuring there are adequate number of employees to cover breaks etc. And prioritize customers over personal visitors.

The staff at the East Greenbush store are incredibly helpful, especially Nicholas who spent over an hour helping us consolidate our service. He was extremely patient, but most all had great problem solving skills. Nelson was also helpful

These machines are the biggest ripoff in the world, they do not offer anywhere near a fair payout for your devices. Avoid at all cost and use Facebook or a shop that buys them from you. Quoted $25 for a phone that I could sell broken for over $100
