The repairs on my wife's phone couldn't be done the same day, they needed to order parts. We were told the parts would be in, in a week, parts came 2 days early, we returned and had the phone back in less time than quoted, this was about 3 years ago, and the phone has been working flawlessly since!

My phone suddenly locked up with strange overvoice. Being a tech imbecile, I called cpr for help. The repair technician fixed my phone within minutes and didn't even charge me. I truly appreciate his honesty and help and will definitely recommend cpr to others.
