I unexpectedly had my oil light come on in my VW. Not wanting to drive home with the light on, I went straight to Cooley. They brought my vehicle right in, give me a loaner to drive home that night. As I was getting ready to leave for work the next morning, I got a text from Sue to say my car was ready to pick up. I truly appreciate the quick and courteous service, they went above and beyond to service my vehicle. So appreciated!!!!!

I guess they can have one star instead of zero because they covered the entire cost of the rental vehicle, but don’t take your car here unless you want them to sit on it for over a month and not call you with any updates!

Excessively long wait time for a simple oil. Nearly two hours that the vehicle was inside the shop. Having been a service manager at a large dealership, I would have comped it or, at minimum, seriously discounted the service for such a long wait.
Unlikely I will return in the future. Not impressed at all.

Posted for my dad Scott ….dealer Bad get me to come in and then want 3 k over msrp .. what a joke .. then claim car is sold !! Will never go back to VW sales manager sucks !! My sales guy was ok his card below but stuck in the middle car is still available on there site

I have a Jetta GLI and booked a 9:30 appointment for my car to be serviced. They didn’t even bring it into the shop until 10:20. I was sitting in the grass outside instead of sitting inside because it was a beautiful day. Where I was sitting on the hill on the car lot you could still see inside the shop and I could see where my car was. When the technician got in my car he drove very aggressively to the shop then pulled it between the lifts and smashed the driver side door into the lift when he was exiting my car. I immediately went inside to let the guy at the service desk know what I just witnessed. He told me if they did anything they would take care of it. Well what do you know I get my car back and there is two dents on my door. I told the guy at the desk and he said that the dents weren’t caused by them. I tried to explain to him that I wash my car by hand every week and I know that those were not there and plus it’s and almost brand new car. He refused to take responsibility for the dents. I will never be coming back to this dealership EVER again.

Had a great experience here! They actually thought they scheduled me for another week out which I was about to get mad at but the gentleman I was dealing with was very kind and was able to get me in that day. It was fast service and I really appreciated the video they sent to me explaining what was going on with my car and what needed to be fixed, what was necessary to drive it and was what optional to fix. Great experience all around!
