Great shop! Came in looking for a gold chain to put a cross on and they helped me with my needs and showed me all the ones I had to chose from in my budget. Great prices, jewelry and service would definitely recommend!

Unhelpful. Called on the phone asking about bringing in some watches for them to take a look at and give me a cash to which they said they’d happily do. Drove all the way there and they told me I’d have to donate them before even looking at them! Donate a Gucci Watch?! No thanks!

Dropped a ring off for a small stone to be replaced that had fallen out. Didn’t hear anything for almost 2 months so called and he said he’d get it done within a week. Another month goes by and I call again and he says a week. I finally get it back after 3 months and while the price was more than fair ($22 for a very simple repair), a week later and the stone he put in has already fallen out. Would not go back.

Poor customer service. I gave him my broken chain to be fixed, he said it would only take a couple of days, almost a month later it still wasn’t fixed. He constantly told me it would be one more day and it was never fixed.

I sold him some of the my charms off my mother's charm bracelet, after a my friend suggested this jeweler, and said he was honest, and I needed the money. I believe I received a good value for the pieces. To my disappointment the next time I wore the bracelet, it didn't fit, it was to small. I went back and he knows nothing about the bracelet. He never bought the charms. Didn't know who I was. PLEASE TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR JEWERLY BEFORE GOING INTO THE STORE. Or Please go somewhere else.... This man stole my mother's original bracelet which was monogrammed with VHD on the clasp and the new bracelet was close but I would have never noticed if it didn't fit and now I see the monogram missing and have no recourse. It was an 18k bracelet which was switched to a 10k right in front of my eyes ( well he took it in the back room for about 2 minutes and exchanged the the charms he didn't want to the new bracelet and returned a bracelet) NOW he doesn't' know who I am REALLY. CAUTION THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU TOO!!!
