Always dedicated to the care & comfort of the pet as first priority, all the while, being fully cognizant of financial expenses and providing a "Plan B" when needed. “We have been using Gibbons for our animals since we had them. The office decor is inviting and friendly and the staff is kind and helpful. Dr Gibbons is a man of his word and treats every pet like his own. We had a cat that the was found to be diabetic, so the doc treated him and monitored him over the years. If it wasn’t for Dr Gibbons we would have never had a chance to enjoy 14yrs of love and affection from our fur baby. When it came time to say goodbye, Gibbons and his staff were so amazing and empathetic to the situation. They loved our cat just as much as we did and even requested that they have him part of their memorial wall ?. We are truly greatful to have such an amazing veterinarian in our area.”
“I have been to Peconic Bay Animal Hospital a few times and I'm very happy. Melody is getting great care and the vets are gentle and smart. I saw Dr Heller and Dr Hopek they are both great. Melody wasn't eating and as a little puppy had an issue that was diagnosed and she's great even gained a little weight. She was only 3 lbs now 3 weeks later she's 4.6 lbs.
Victoria is so kind and helpful she even carried out my little carrier to my veichle. This is my place. They are very personable and I get prompt service. I like the vibe in here it's not like a factory. I am so pleased I went here. Great place !”

“Amazing, a very efficient and caring vet. The front staff and doctors are friendly and knowledgeable. My wobbly cat Saki needed her teeth removed, and I was really nervous since she is a runt as well (tiny and weak). Before the surgery they came out and explained the whole process and even showed me the paperwork detailing the pricing. The surgery went smoothly and she is doing well. Not only that, my other cat needed his teeth removed about 2 years ago and they completed that as well, he is doing great.”
“I met Dr. Naseem for the first time a month ago. I brought my newly adopted cat to him with a distended abdomen. He suspected that Phoebe has Feline Infectious Peritonitis, or FIP. Up until the recent past, this diagnosis would be fatal. But Dr. Naseem's extensive knowledge of the illness pointed me in the right direction to get treatment for her. Without Dr. Naseem's quick recognition of this illness and referral, Phoebe would be dead. His love for pets and their well-being is apparent in how he treated her and how excited he was about being able to save her. We went for a four week check up today, and we're all thrilled with Phoebe's progress. The stars lined up to help this cat, and Dr. Naseem, and his wonderful staff, are a huge part of Phoebe's survival. I wouldn't go anywhere else with my pet.”

“I can't say enough about Bidawee Westhampton. We went to them when our beloved dog became suddenly ill. Everyone on the staff was exceptional. When we lost our girl they took care of her cremation and were incredibly caring. There was even a sweet German shepherd in the office when we were making arrangements that was like a natural therapy pup and a chihuahua that provided comic relief. Definitely helped lighten our mood on a very difficult day!”

I’ve also been surprised every time we’ve had to go in an emergency that bill is always much less than expected and far less than some “other” local emergency options.”
“My miniature pincher was suffering with allergies & an ear infection. My regular vet could not see her for two weeks even after I begged my vet to see her immediately. My neighbor told me how great Vetco is so I gave them a call & they immediately gave me an appointment for the next morning. Dr. Carroccia & her entire staff were excellent. Professional, knowledgeable & caring. I highly recommend them for all your pets.”

“My pets and are more than grateful to have the benefit of Dr. Johnston's thirty years of experience, but equally her compassion and gentleness. I will not even go into comparisons with other vets. Suffice it to say I was waiting results for my dog, on more than one occasion, or had an immediate concern. Dr. Johnston's day did not end until I was contacted, sometimes hours after the practice had closed. A wonderful, sensitive human! This shows up as San Fran,Ca, but I am from Patchogue”
