The staff are super friendly and very skilled! They do exactly what you ask them to do. I have super thick coarse hair and Salon Echelon has been the best salon I've been to here in metro NY. Definitely recommend!

Excited to find a professional so close to home! How did I miss this? Marie listens to the customer...and then achieves amazing results. My hair color has been a problem since I started coloring the grey. She was able to come up with a program that keeps it from turning copper even with well water in the house. What Marie says.. I do-it is worth it. The shampoo and conditioner made an immediate difference. The cut was also exactly what I have been asking for! The other stylists told me "not possible" and kept my hair long and stringy. My shorter layered hair now looks longer and fuller. Marie has experience and knows how to deliver. She also cares. Highly recommend if you want a real professional.

I go to Salon Echelon to have Stephanie do my lashes. (Pretty lashes) She is outstanding. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone at the salon is very friendly & accommodating , they make you feel welcome. It is kept absoultly immaculate. I highly recommend Salon Echelon and Pretty lashes .

I am beyond happy with my experience that I had going to this salon. I got my hair done by Olivia and I can't say enough good things about her. She is all around great not only do I love my hair but she is also so sweet and made the hours I was there fly by. I was a bit nervous going into it since I was making two big changes (Cutting it much shorter and dying it black) she exceed my expectations. It has been a few weeks since I have gotten my hair done and the color is still shiny and I get compliments on it all the time. This salon is great and I strongly recommend getting your hair done by Olivia.

Can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was with Marie, who is a master Redken artist/stylist. My last experience with a different salon made me nervous but Marie walked me through everything and made me feel very comfortable. The salon is clean, beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. Went in for color and cut and came out feeling like a whole new person. I couldn't stop smiling.

The salon is not only gorgeous but always clean! Marie is an outrage colorist with experience and talent that will outshine anyone! I highly recommend Marie for not only her work but the professionalism and care her and her staff always show. Can't wait to relax and have my hair done again.
