Very very rude people. They changed the price once they seen us . When asked about the pricing for the woman told us she by law does not have to show us her pricing and can ch age the price whenever. Gave me a hard time about getting my car for about an hour until they closed . Came back the next day she had a man there who screamed at me so harshly and loudly I was scared and shaking he At one point tried to kick me out of the place because I would not tell him who my private tow company was . I did not feel safe and had to call for back up. I will never ever go to this place again and I surely hope no one else does!

This family business is a reliable area staple! Seam and his staff repeatedly go above and beyond to take care of community members and travelers alike. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I know I can always count on Shufelts!

Needed AAA roadside assistance, I slid off the road in the snow. Shufelt’s responded quickly … and had me pulled back on the road in less than 5 minutes. The two gentlemen who came in the tow truck were friendly and professional. Very nice guys. Thank you for your help.

I would rate higher since the response time was pretty quick, but the tow truck driver was quite rude and unprofessional.

I Sat for over 2 hours as triple A kept getting my location wrong. Finally they got it right and Shufelts showed up within ten minutes. The driver was very agitated that I sat on the side of the highway that long when he was so close. He was very kind, sympathetic and delivered my car to the garage when he said he would. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for being so kind on such a bad day....?

They have a straight Ethanol pump so you wont get that quart of mixed in the line before pure Gasoline. Also big or small they haul it all. Amazing service. They even have cranes.
