I don't know if they are good at fixing phones, because I walked in, was ignored by everybody, stood there for 10 minutes, and then just left. A hello or some sort of acknowledgement that you have a customer would be nice. At one point everyone left and went into some back room and I was just standing there alone. The next store I went into, UBreakIFix, on Austin Street, said hello to me right when I walked in and said "we'll be able to help you in a minute!" even though they were busy. That is how you treat a customer.

Hardly recommended place if you have to repair your phone! Very professional, kind guy, quick, supportive and friendly! He works with a heart, but not only to get money. Thanks a lot for a help! It was an emergency, but he found time to help me?

Worst people to ever deal with. Do not do business with them. The guy is extremely rude and was spitting around us. Who does that ? Have no manners to talk to people. He needs to go back to learn some manners from school. Worst service ever !

I paid $90 for ipad screen replacement. The screen did not work properly. I was unable to type all letters. The screen was jumping around for no reason. They used low quality screen I had to go to another shop and pay again to replace with a good screen.

I was in New york for a wedding when my I dropped my phone and screen cracked. My brother searched for places and Steve places came up . Steve was nice and did an excellent job and very reasonably priced !

Awesome job - shattered my iPad mini 2 glass (LCD digitizer) and he was able to repair that day in 2 hours. Asked for extra time to ensure everything was placed perfectly. Works like new. Fairly priced. Would highly recommend.
