Went in around noon to have something printed. Waited for 45 minutes before getting to the front of the line. During my wait I noticed the works would stand around and talk instead of helping the line. When we got to speak with someone (Edison) and explained frustration he said there's nothing he can do.It only gets worse from here. After sending over all our things to be printed, he said the system was down. I had to email him one more thing so we agreed I would do that at home and he would confirm with me. Upon emailing, I never got confirmation and had to email again. Edison confirmed everything was good and asked for me to come later than the agreed upon time. I messaged to let him know I would give an extra hour. When I got there, my order was still not done. I could not believe he never told me he needed more time and my order was not ready and would not be ready for another hour! When I told him this was unacceptable he was rude, rolled his eyes, and told me I just had to wait - mind you this order was over $100! Absolutely ridiculous!

No one helps. They pretend to be busy and give an attitude when you ask how to use the computer.

Awful experience . They really need to retrain their staff . I came in about 15 mins to closing to process a return . To preface I am probably the most patient understanding person as I worked in customer service for 15 years. There was a man helping someone , after he helps her he disappears . As he was helping the customer I hear this young girl taping boxes mumble something . But whatever I just patiently waited . It’s now been 10 mins no one has acknowledged me , so I politely asked . Will there be anyone helping with returns. The young girl barks with an attitude that she has no boxes . I wasn’t really sure what that means as I don’t work there . So I asked her ok , just wondering because you have 2 people waiting and i need to know if your open or not ? she then with a bigger attitude tells me she cant help me right now because she has no boxes . i honestly at this point stood quiet , as disrespectful as she was i did not want to lose it on her. About 5 mins later she asks me if im ready . i bring my stuff up and it took about 1 minute . I did not care about waiting but there should have been communication, and i am astounded with the attitude i received , especially when i was not the least bit rude to the employee. i even thanked her and told her to have a good night and she rolled her eyes at me . they should really hire people who want to work.

This location is shorthanded and rude to customers on the Amazon/UPS line because they obviously don't want to be bothered with that service.

Went into this staples to return something from Amazon. The line went quick enough which was good.
I needed to also purchase a charger while I was there, which was locked up. Mind you this is a $12 charger. I look around the store and find one guy on the entire sales floor, helping a customer with a ring camera. I go back to the print&ship area where there are 3 people working but only 1 doing something. I ask if there’s anyone that can possibly open up the chargers for me so I can grab it quickly. They all look at each other and then I presume the manager said, “He’s just a little busy give him a minute and he’ll open it for you.” Okay no problem, I am patiently standing there another 10 minutes. The people at the pack & ship are standing around doing nothing, maybe they don’t have keys to unlock it? I don’t know, so I go back again and ask if there’s anyone else available to open the chargers. The same guy says “He’s still busy and I’m helping a customer, sorry.”
Okay no problem, so I just walked out. 20 minutes waiting for something that would take 2 seconds to unlock a case so I can grab what I need and be on my way. In my business we prioritize those small fast purchases to get people in and out, so we can spend time with other customers making larger-lengthier purchases. Not here I guess. Mind you there were other people waiting for assistance as well.
Don’t waste your time! Bad service, everything behind a lock and key, no one working or willing to help.
