Not a good experience here.. bad customer service and try to give you wrong information. The counter told me that he is going to change the cable and give me a new one for 25 dollars.. end up they just make a adjustment with the old cable.. not honest at all.

Had a wonderful experience with the team at Spin City! They built my bike and took less than 24 hours to turn it around, I couldn’t believe it. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed to get out on the road. Ken is a rockstar ?? I can’t wait to go back for the bike care class in the winter!

Spin city is the best. Kind , reasonable, and honest. I always appreciate the quality of work they do. I wouldn’t consider taking my bike anywhere else.

Had a tube puncture on me 20 minutes after I had it for repair in a previous bike shop. Luckily this shop was nearby and they were able to find the culprit that the previous shop didn't spot - a very small sharp metal piece lodged inside the tire. Fast service too, all around satisfied.

Had a wonderful time getting a bike for my 5yr old son here. Gentleman that I assume owns the shop is very knowledgeable and personable. I bought a mongoose on Amazon, had to put it together to find out it doesn’t come with training wheels or pedal brakes. Took it here to get training wheels and decided to return the mongoose to Amazon and get a Riprock 16 from the shop. Great little spot.

This a great bike shop, the boss Jimmy is a straight up guy and highly knowledgeable in the industry. I trust his expertise and they always solve my issues. I highly recommend this shop, the technicians are top notch and will get you back on the road in no time. They definitely know their stuff and I’m a happy customer.
From tune up, tires and tubes, cassette needs, brakes, accessories, new bikes, give ‘em a shot you won’t regret it.

My fiancé has come to maintain his bike for the past two years and has been so satisfied, we brought friends here. Prices are very fair, he will try to get you the best deal for custom orders- etc.
Overall very satisfied and trust this place completely.

I brought my second-hand cannondale here because my pants got stuck in the gears and it was making a clicking sound. The staff was very friendly and recommended a tuneup, which included solving the issue I had. The price was affordable and they were done with the job within 45min. I am so glad that this bike shop is in my community! I will be back for the bike repair workshop.

They held a beginner bike maintenance class, and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Even stayed a little later to help me with my flat. Good neighborhood bike shop.
