My husband and I have been using their drop off service for quite some time since we move in to the neighborhood. Today I went to get our laundry and forgot the receipt. When I popped in, the guy immediately knew what I came in for. So cool! Also no skin rashes from this laundromat, so we will keep using their service.

If I’m honest , the Chinese owner is very rude . I would come in and say hello and he wouldn’t reply back. It’s been years and the place is still dirty and crammed .I wanted to fold on the table and he got mad saying that I can’t fold on the table bc that’s where he puts customers laundry orders .. (there is two tables , one is for employees and the other table was empty and he claimed it was to put the customers laundry orders) so I tried to fold in the cart and also got mad saying that there’s no space and that I need to move. The other day I came in at 5 pm and had little laundry to do and he wouldn’t let me in . I told him that I’m not going to fold and that I will be done in an hour bc I know they close at 7 and he still didn’t let me in . That’s why that place is still the same and does not succeed .. that’s why they don’t make enough money to keep running the business smoothly bc the customer service from them is unacceptable. I don’t like complaining but I feel like how they treat customers sometimes is just unfair

I recently moved to this neighborhood and came over to this laundromat to do my laundry, washing was 30 mins the lady said, i went home to put my stuffs for 20 mins May be 25 mins but I wasn't gone for even over 30 mins nor 1 hour... a Chinese man took out my laundry (woman's private clothes) from the mashine... i was mad... he told me how do i know you would come back so quick... is that normal touching woman's clothes for man without even asking... and them two were shouting at me and threatening me to call police! What!!!! Never come back here... i understand it's cheap but you can not treat people like he wished...

It's ok but very small. They need more tables to fold. Only one small one and owners have the rest for their folding of their customers clothes.

Been using their service for over a year 0 complaints. Friendly and above all honest...I once forgot money and a check worth over $1000 and it was returned to me. I'd give it more than 5 stars if it was possible.

This terrible business ruined several of my designer suits (Zegna, Boss, etc.) by putting them in the washing machine. I couldn't believe when they told me that they did not know better and that some customers prefer to have their suits washed instead of dry cleaned. I posted pics.
I had to take them to court but the limit on recovery in small claims is $5,000 in NY. Keep this in mind if you have them dry clean your clothing. Imagine losing all of your suits at once. Can you afford to replace them out of pocket? Do not be surprised if they cost you more than $10k and offer to compensate you with X months' free laundry.
Also keep in mind that the name of the business is "Hong Xiang Laundromat Inc." and not what they put on their awning "Smile Laundromat." So if you sue in the name of Smile, the Sheriff cannot collect. This is convenient for this business. The "Smile Laundromat" entity was legally dissolved years ago yet the name remains on their sign, in Google, and in the Yelp review.
The entire process was time-consuming and disheartening. Three years later and I still have not been made whole-- and likely never will be. I should have paid a little more and went to another dry cleaner (like the one across the street).
