Went there yesterday to pick up my prescription. She told me they didn't have my medication, she told me they had to order it and come back tomorrow. So I told her that's fine, I am coming back to pick it up. Today I went there to pick it up, she told me it wasn't ready. They have to order it and come back tomorrow after 7 pm. I just don't understand is why? Did they order my medication yesterday? Or it takes 2 or more days to deliver? If that's the case why don't they just let me know before. This is ridiculous!

Unprofessional pharmacy! Yesterday they told me they will order my medication because they don't have it. Today went there they still didn't have it and they have to order it. Come back tomorrow after 7 pm. I just don't understand why they're lying. Don't promise anything unless you're sure. That's ridiculous.

This is the worst pharmacy Ive ever been. Nothing is never ready on time, they are very slow and taking their time, lunch break doesnt end at 2pm when it supposed, they keep ppl waiting while they continue their lunch break.

This is not a beautiful store, but it has two outstanding pharmacists. One male who proactively secures the best for his customers - best option, best price ect - he is not so personable but he really is an asset and his above and beyond care is appreciated. The other a woman also excellent exercises incredible patience and compassion with the customers again a real asset and much appreciated. The downside to the pharmacy is not related to the pharmacist's but rather management - they do not staff such that the phones are answered and when you leave a message for call back it typically does not come. So if you don't mind physically going to the pharmacy for literally every and anything it is a great place. The care is get from the pharmacist makes it worth it for me despite the inconvenience.

To be honest, my walk to the pharmacy consists of me walking past a cvs that i already know looks like theyre going out of bussiness with the empty shelfs, and then heading towards duane read which is across the street instead of this pharmacy just because they are always missing what i need. Like deoderants with no aluminum, or selsum blue shampoo and other things i cant think of. One of the machines for self service checkout is always down and there is always a line for paying.

Nice b clean store in town queens area. Pharmacy is inside . Can order online n pickup in store. There is no store’s private parking .pay street parking.

this place is as bad as CVS. pharmacy supposed to open at 8 am. waited an hour today and no pharmacist. employees kept giving excuses until admitting they have no idea where she is.left without my meds. just called there now still closed. .going to tru walgtrrds now but i thunk all the big chauns suck

People here are either overworked or simply don’t care for the customers anymore. The pharmacy staff are rude! Even to the elderly. The pharmacy messed by refill 3 times. No apologies or owning up to the mistake. Avoid this location and find another pharmacy.

There is a person named Richard that works at Rite Aid. He is a very rude person and very aggressive to his customers. He does not know how to properly treat them. The manager or owner needs to fire this man or give him classes of being respectful to the customers ASAP!!!

This place doesn’t even deserve one star!! I spent TWO HOURS in this pharmacy today just to pick up 2 meds. The lady made me waited for an hour and realized she lost the paper with my name on it. Then wasted another hour to tell me there’s another pharmacy holding on one of my prescription so they are waiting (my Dr accidentally sent it to the wrong location ugh but that’s fine) Like why couldn’t she inform me sooner instead of telling me over and over “just wait for another 10-15mins”?? All I had to do is to call the other pharmacy and cancel it. And towards the end she tried to charge me full price even tho I have health insurance?! The pharmacist had to remind her that I’m only responsible for the copay. Seriously, people who comes to the pharmacy need actual help from staffs who are responsible and know what they are doing! This place is so unprofessional and disrespectful!
