I needed a CT and I wanted to give this place a try. When I asked the receptionist and also the person who did the CT to provide me a copy of the results, they both said they can send it to my doctor despite asking multiple times. When I got to my doctor, they only sent a letter and not the actual results. It was for an emergency procedure, and it was very disappointing to have a delay. Additionally, this place charged me for something I never used. ?

Totally unprofessional, the staff does not keep track of referrals. If your appointment is changed they do not notify the patient.

as a medical professional I am so disappointed in my whole experience in this office1. Front desk unprofessional they do not follow up with anyone in the waiting room I’ve waited 2 hours just to have a knee MRI they don’t even look like they want to speak to you2. Asked for mri imaging told me 10min I have them 20 still not ready3. The office is filthy dusty floors are disgusting tissues in chairs and floors exposed wires on the windowsNot only did I waste unnecessary time in this office I had spend unnecessary money on meters….Management / owner needs to do something asap your reviews alone should have done something sooner

Edit -edit- please don't patronize this place.Edit - it's been 3 weeks since my MRIs supposedly after my follow up a week after at my Dr office.THEY HADN'T READ MY MRIs. Doctors office promised me they would accommodate me with a video appointment for my results after the mistake. That appointment came and went. When I called, hours later I was told only 2 of 4 we're read.LONG STORY LONG,I'm changing doctors and NOT, using this place again.Not very user friendly. Their open MRI is down a flight of steps. Not great for people with bad backs or knees.

They ask you to come early for your appointment only to have to wait an hour and a half for a MRI. Reception does not make an announcement and seem annoyed when you ask why?. So if you have an appointment you will be waiting.

Worst place I’ve ever been to highly recommend not going here for anything. This place sucks. Service is awful, waiting for results 3 weeks already and still no clue what is going on. Do not go here.

From the phone call to make an appointment to the office and 2 different tests, EVERYONE was amazing. It was like a breath of fresh air that everyone is so nice and so professional. I can't believe that anyone would have any complaints. Waiting times are normal everywhere not a real reason to bring someones ratings down.

I had a 9 am appointment. A DEXA scan and a knee X-ray. No problem with the technical staff or the receptionists but they were taking walk ins without regard for the time of your appointment. Why people who have an appointment for 2pm show up at 9, I’ll never know. My time is as important as theirs if not more. Just like a typical inner city ghetto clinic. I expected more. Very disappointed.

The best radiologist in Queens. The staff there are extremely nice. The technician made me feel relaxed during my MRI.

I want to say i had a great experience at middle village radiology. I could not thank Barbara for taking such good care of me while i was getting my MRI. Not a long wait at all either. Definitely recommend!

Bad service, I had my appointment at 12, but I arrived at 11:45 so as not to delay so long, because they never attended me until 2 pm and I asked them what was happening with my appointment, but they only answered that I give them 5 min more.?

The waiting room could be full and the workers will just walk in and out going to get food, Starbucks, literally just staring at everyone. So when I ask the front desk how much longer, she calls, and apparently the lady that is supposed to take my sonogram is just chilling there doing nothing??? She comes to get me and tells me no one notified a patient was waiting for her. So, no communication also. I also need to fill out the same paperwork each time, which I don't mind, but it never changes, it's the same info each time, so is my birthday, address, doctor not on file? Is there even a file? 2 stars being my technician was really nice. Other than that, go somewhere else. It's kind of a mess here
