I've never been to the store I'm thinking of going there today I need a recliner asap but all the reviews I read and I read them all are very contradictory some people gave 5 stars and said "oh great place great prices and great salespeople..then the reviews that gave 1 star or 2 said the salespeople were rude,late on delivering items to customers houses,scratched closets?? Really??,rude to customers on the phone..very confusing reviews ...idk maybe I'll go there today maybe not..I gave 3 stars because the reviews were 1 star and 5 stars ..maybe I'll give a better or worse rating when. This store sucks, i bought a sofa for $800 and unlike store sample the one I got is so hard that i have pain from lying down on it for just few minutes not talking about sleeping on it the whole night. When I went back to store and explained the problem and asked for exchange, they told me that sale was final and no exchange is available. As a result, I stock with an item I can't use and basically lost my money. Please learn from my mistakes. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

The whole experience was terrible. Miriam the sales rep is terrible, rude and conniving. i would never recommend buying anything from there. Especially if you haven’t done your research thoroughly on what you want.

Do not buy from them! Really bad customer service, The lady who works there was rude and hung up on me while I was trying to get a refund for a sofa that was never delivered. Be careful because they are only trying to get your money and don't care about your satisfaction.

After ordering from Bob's, waiting 2 months, having the item arrived irreparably dirty, and refusing the order, I was lucky to have discovered this store from a family member. Friendly staff, good prices, fast delivery. I'm very happy with my sofa purchase. Thanks!

Originally had a small issue with a piece of furniture that came in the bedroom set I ordered. It was taken care of perfectly by Lenora, the owner of the store. She was extremely kind, patient, and accommodating and had my issue fixed the next day. If I ever need furniture again, I will probably go here because Lenora provides amazing customer service, seriously. Thank you!

Hello my name is Wanda. After having trouble with purchasing a good queens size bed (spending a lot of money). I went to Lenora Furniture Store located in Queens, Rego Park and purchased a bed from them. The bed was awesome and the price was right!!! Their merchandise/furniture are extremely good quality. I have purchased other merchandise from Lenora and was pleased. Miriam is a really sweet woman! She does her best to work with you and she returns your phone calls in a timely manner.
