Do not approach this garage!!!! Don't believe me, read the comments. They are lying people, they don't know the work. I put the car in for a very easy repair that should have taken one day, two days at the most, they keep saying there is no problem just to get the work done. In practice the work lasted over 5 days and then the car came back to me really dirty that I had to return to them the next day to have it cleaned because the one I took already had to close the garage and then I also found out that other things don't work and they are not willing to take responsibility so I went to another garage to solve what they destroyed and the garage He told me with certainty that the damage I have is because of the repair they did. Anyone who doesn't believe is welcome to contact me and I'll show him everything photographed. It's a waste of your money. Don't go near this garage today for free. I don't go to them. They're just liars and cheaters. They're not professionals. They're cobblers (without insulting the shoemakers.)

I brought my car into the shop for a small dent in my front bumper and the worker told me the longest it would take would be a day or two to fix it and we agreed on a price. I called after two days and they told me that the car is not ready, it will be ready tomorrow with many excuses and after five days I came to pick up my car, the paint they used did not match my car, the car was very dirty, they sued for other parts, which I have no idea why because they disassembled the part that they need to be painted, and the parts they used were cheap. In addition my snarf stopped working I don't know why (but I know that I put it in it worked and when I took it out it doesn't work anymore, (I'm still checking it and thinking of suing them) In conclusion, don't come to this store, even if they offer you free service! They're not even worth it Phone call, I was completely lied to, unprofessional and any other place that worked would have done this job on the day. I went with a recommendation for this place and they are not at all what I expected.

I needed repairs to my car after a minor accident. The insurance company sent me here, and I am glad they did.
Very friendly staff, excellent communication, and a fantastic, high quality job. Looks like it never happened!
The job was completed quicker than I expected, too!
Another big plus was convenient Sunday hours, which made drop-off and pick up easier for me.
Highly recommend.

I have bmw 2023 model had some paint job at this shop and was not happy about it. I got my car back with full of dust inside my car and had to come back a few times to complete the repairs but still left unsatisfied. It’s like a gipsy shop.

Our car was rear ended and insurance asked us to bring it to east coast auto plaza. The staff are extremely friendly and got everything done efficiently. I dread waiting around and never felt like it here. Communication was a breeze and overall a great experience. Thank you.

In late 2023, my 2013 Avalon received top-notch repairs from East Coast Auto Services in partnership with Geico. There was clear communication, fair, and equitable treatment, which ensured no additional costs. The vehicle was restored to a like-new condition, complete with meticulous detailing. I had some issues with the car in mid-2024 which could have been related to the previous year's event. When I returned to the service center on a Sunday, the team, including Benny, Charlie, and Emanuel, addressed and fixed the issues swiftly and efficiently over the next couple of days, charging no extra fees, thereby upholding their commitment to outstanding customer service.

I received the most impeccable service. The staff were very professional. They communicated the findings about my vehicle and resolved the problem in a timely manner. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. I did not have an appointment but they were able to understand my concerns and address them while I waited in a comfortable place. Overall, I am more knowledgeable about my vehicle and I have peace of mind. It was well worth it.My car had a leak when it rained. As soon as they evaluated the problem, they were able to tell me why I had the leak.

I looking the body works this people do in my friend car, damn just look the picture the glass in the car out the position, inside the car all dirty, I remove the headlight not clean under the light, I see not body worry about quality screws loss, radio not working, car glasses not working ????????

I had a problem on my Toyota Sequoia. everything was repaired quickly, but then I saw a small problem a few weeks later, called the owner of the company Alex and he responded immediately, and the guys fixed everything for me under warranty. I recommend it to everyone. great team and management.
