The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are rude and half of them do not know what they are doing. Their return policy was quite unclear than stated online... my parents went in to return my order in which is stated online that we can return all orders to warehouse. And so I went to the warehouse with my orders. However, they were refused upon and was told that we had to schedule for someone to pickup my order for return. That was never made clear on the website nor did we have the option to select a time for the pickup.I was not happy with this. When I called them later on with my concern and confusion due to the lack of communication, they said that they chose for us to schedule a pickup when it was my choice to return my order to the warehouse. I didn't know that this is how it is with Costco. However, I'm not going to saying that all customer service representatives were rude. It's the manager, who refuses to speak with me on the phone when this return policy is so unclear and I directly stated I had remaining questions about the next steps. This is so frustrating as other customers might experience the same thing. My parents who don't really speak English well was turned down to be spoken to. As a manager who refuses to communicate with their customers, who are not sure what to do as our next steps, shows a lot.Even now as I am still unclear about if I should return my package or keep it they don't even pick up my phone... don't waste your time here...

Tons of Asian & Spanish selections unlike other locations, even though it is smaller than most. I wish you didn't have to pay for parking but it is what it is. It's usually crowded so be patient.Happy Yelping.

It's a medium size place. Everything is there. They have many different food from different countries. And special brands that you'd think wouldn't be there. They also have a food place inside where you can get basic fast food.

If you want to get yelled at by the employees come to this Costco that I will never come back. My leg is very sensitive when I walk a lot so walking from the parking lot to the Costco was a lot for me and I needed one of the carts that are electronic and I could just ride on and the lady just yelled at me to get off just cause I look young and thinks I don't have a disability, I was so embarrassed and I felt so harassed and I was screaming back at her saying I have a disability, but she did not care at all. This breaks my heart and I will add photos of this awful woman don't ever come to this Costco, if you want to get harassed for being disabled

My husband and I try to discover new Costco locations every time we go to a new place. Over the weekend we checked this Costco because we were going to have dinner in Queens. We stopped by to take a look. First off, I cannot believe you have to pay to park your car. After we parked grudgingly, we headed inside the warehouse. My husband headed inside to shop while I went to the returns counter. At first, I didn't know where to stand for the returns line. It was a bit confusing. Thank God for the Costco employee who organized the line better and then the line moved at a good pace. I returned my items and joined my husband to shop for groceries. The warehouse is on 1 floor which makes it easier to shop in my opinion. I found an item that I didn't see in my Costco like Nanak's Rasmalai. I was so excited that I bought. I guess they stock items as per the demographics in the area. I would love to visit this Costco again when we have more time but I'm not sure I care too much for the parking fee. They should waive it for Costco members.

Enjoyed my experience shopping. There's so much to get and the Kirkland brand is amazing. Pre covid they did not have that many registers open but now there are self service lines (20 items or less) and more registers open. There's also a packer that helps you put everything back in the cart. We went before noon so I recommend going as early as possible.

One of the worst Costco's I have visited. They barely have any of the products. Everything I asked for was not available and to top it off they charge you for parking your car. Costco isn't it enough that we are paying for your expensive membership to also have your customers pay for parking. I suggest going to the LIC or Rockaway location instead.

Conveniently located 2 blocks from the subways stations and right around the corner from city buses! This Costco is located in the bottom level of this city shopping center. Parking on bottom level, which is on the same level of Costco. Good floor space and good variety of inventory for a city Costco. For those, who do not want to use public transit and do not have a car, there is a taxi service located in this shopping center. Yes, I would recommend!

This review is for the pharmacy at Costco Wholesale. If you do not have a Costco Membership, anyone can have access to utilize their pharmacy department. Spoken to Joanna at pharmacy regarding sending script over to be filled and to see if they accept prescription discount card which they did.Since family insurance did not cover much for this medication, we used a prescription discount card (SingleCare, GoodRX, etc...) to get better deal. What is good to note is Costco Pharmacy has their own pricing for meds for their Costco Members. Got great service here. It's heartbreaking when family members have to pay exorbitant amount of money when it comes to brand name medications as well as those medications listed on higher tier and their insurance coverage is inadequate. What does one do? Shop around at different pharmacy for a better pricing. Not all pharmacy charge the same price on meds. Using a prescription discount card is a big help. Will be back again next time for refilling this medication.

What would you do WITHOUT Costco?Save more money? Perhaps.Go to malls more often to get your fill of free food samples? Probably.Run out of toilet paper? DEFINITELYFor all things that Costco is not, there is the Costco that is. Buying things in bundles aren't just for those who have families and kids, businesses even. Solo living or roommates can also benefit.I think the best draw about Costco and this has been their policies since forever is their awesome return policy with or without receipt no matter how long ago the purchase was. There are restrictions of course such as expired goods and pretty much anything that can go expired. Though you probably also shouldn't try to return that TV you bought where you "accidentally" threw a cup at in anger from a football game that decided your fantasy football match up this week.Yikes! Go Browns? Said nobody ever...Costco does have "sales" or lower prices that scan at the check out but they don't accept coupons. For coupons, you'd be better offer shopping at BJ's Wholesale provided that you are okay with smaller quantities and slightly higher pricing to offset. Speaking of checkout, I absolutely love the self check out that they installed. Though with 6 self check out counters, there will most likely still be a line waiting to check out. It should be a shorter line than the regular check out lines in most cases. Also, you can't help that some people scan items slower than others or forget to read the 10 items or less signage. I still consider it a win.Another win? Their rotisserie chicken that can probably feed a small family if proportioned properly. Almost all wholesale places do this including BJs and Walmart. Personally, I still find Costco's rotisserie's chicken to be the best amongst them all. Which only means one thing. BRING YOUR ELBOW PADS AND KNEE PADS so you can tussle with grabby hands if need be to get your hands on a chicken. I only kid slightly about this. Do so at your own risk.Every Costco store and location is catering to different demographics. For an "Asian" Costco, this one would be it.The food court selections have trimmed down a bit so they get docked for that. Not scanning EVERYBODY for membership gets docked a point. Because if you so "diligently" scanned for my membership, there should be no reason why someone is asking if I can scan my membership for them to check out their items. - _ -After going and leaving Costco, one may need a stiff drink or 5. Fortunately, Dallas BBQ is around the corner. Just saying...don't drink and drive y'all. Drink and electric scooter is okay though right?Wavering fan.

A truly disgusting place. I had a disgruntled Costco employee throw pizza at me. Today my dad with disability and his service dog was stopped from entering this premise. How dare you ask what kind of disability he has after he showed you the service dog Id, hello he's walking with a cane ! More to add to this terrible Costco: I've seen cashiers make fun of Chinese people. This was pre-Covid time when the cashier checks the Costco card and credit card. Maybe they are not the same people using the Costco card but no need to make racist comments about Chinese names.

First time shopping here at Costco in Rego Park. I went shopping today there with my mom to buy some quick groceries before going to work, help her out of what to buy and also help her out with the groceries. First impressions, really clean and organized store that it's not so big like other Costco stores I've been shopping. The service there was really fast and quick. For lunch, I went to the food court, I only got and brought the pepperoni pizza and it tasted really good and delicious that it was fresh out of the oven and it was affordable. Lastly, I would definitely come back here again or visit and shop any Costco in my area! :)

Definitely room for improvements at this location. This one is cluttered. This location needs a strong maintenance team to upkeep its cleanliness. The flow of the aisles is not as fluid as other locations. Pallets of merchandise, especially those leading into a back section of the store cause a cart traffic jam of hell. The fruit/vegetable area seemed to have an equal amount of product that was sellable and not. Getting in and around that area was a nightmare. Their checkout process - needs leadership, structure and efficiency to counteract the poor customer service, disorganization and lack of team motivation. If this location was the only one for me to shop - I would have definitely cancelled the membership. Fortunately - there are far better locations.

I went to this Costco because I wanted to see if they had different items then my normal Costco in Longisland let me tell you it was a nightmare , not only was it way more expensive them my normal monthly shopping their workers are extremely rude and have way to many attitude problems , I bought 20 items and spend near 500 dollars in my local Costcos I get about 40 n spend about 400 dollars with nearly two carts fill to the top . I wouldn't recommend any one who is black or hispanic to shop here . next time I will sit in traffic and go to my local Costco because this one is a rip off and very nasty not to mention you have to pay for parking . I don't think I ever been to a Costco that I had to pay for parking in after spending 500 in grocery.
