Went here to pick out a dress for my little sisters school dance. Rated 2 stars because The staff ladies were very attentive and sweet. However, an older guy , maybe the owner who was extremely pushy & rude. I was FaceTiming my mom to show her the dress my sister tried on, he snatched the phone from my hand & was aggressively telling my mother to buy the dress. I told him he was being too pushy which then made him lower his voice. The way he spoke to his staff, made us uncomfortable so we left. We went to “Pretty Women” on Jamaica Ave, found the same dress for much cheaper and great assistance from staff.

Very very bad experience with them they sold me wrong size and they don’t want to accept it. They’re very very rude over there.

There was this sweet older lady that helped me today she was really helpful I am not reviewing her but the owner of that boutique is terrible the way he talks to his workers is unbelievable !! !!!!! I actually wanted to come back there Monday to get the dress that I try but the way he he spoke to the worker very rude and disrespectful like she’s nobody I will never go back there !!!! Keep the workers change the owner !

I've never had a worse experience in my entire life. The owner is antisemitic, he asked me about my nationality and didn't let me look around the store. He said that it's by appointment only and not only that, you'll have to come with your husband if you'd like to shop here. While for other people it was not by appointment and they definitely didn't need to bring their husbands. Don't waste your time in this store.

DO NOT GO THERE. horrible customer service. owner will scream at you. the owner and the workers show attitude as soo as you walk in. they try to sell you an item that has been in the store for a long time and claim that item fits perfecrtly.

Horrible customer service!!!! The man, I assume the owner is beyond rude. I didn't like anything in the store, he tricked me into choosing a dress. The dress needed alterations. When I came to look at the finished product it looked as if a child did the alterations, absolutely nothing of what was promised. He charged me more then what it was worth. Makes up prices! Beyond rude. And when I pointed out the faults of the alterations he was ready to kick me out of the store. Avoid this place! Oh and btw the young girl working for him understands every language!!

I got my civil wedding dress here . They have good choices but I don’t like how the dresses don’t have price tags . Also I asked them if certain things were going to be fixed on the dress & they weren’t…… but since it’s only a civil wedding I did not make a big deal . Also to tailor the dress is 95$ which is pretty expensive .

Owner makes up the prices. Please be advised all his dresses are on Saks for a much cheaper prices. He also sold me shoes that broke the next day.

My mom got her dress here for my wedding. This store really worked closely with her to make everything happen. She picked a dress from the store and had a lot of alteration requests. They altered it, changed the sleeves, changed the neckline, with excellent seamstress professional skills. She even added a removable overskirt and to say the final look is magnificent is an understatement. All alterations were included in the price and everything was done so professionally. She's super happy.

Wish I could give them 0 start horrible customer service. When I picked the dresses the lady asked me do you know how much is this? And she added this is $500 dresses I said okey if I like it I would definitely buy it’s for me wedding after that she let me try when I was in fitting room she kept knocking the door and said come out they don’t even let me try properly. When I came out the owner was so rude said try outside ?seriously how can I try outside in front of him? And I said no after than he said leave the store omg this is an absolutely terrible service please don’t go this place

Excellent store and service!I would consider myself a difficult shopper. Always had such a hard time finding dresses for functions- Chic’s Place saved the day!The owner and his staff were very attentive and helped me find a STUNNING dress that was within my budget. Purchased the first dress I tried on. It was the most efficient shopping process ever!Save yourself a lot of time and effort and make this your FIRST stop for those special occasions

I will never step my foot in that place. The minute I walked in, the man was rude and disrespectful. As we were looking around, he kept following and forcing us to try dresses that we didn’t want too. Then I was looking at a dress, but I didn’t like the color so I told him my size because he said he has another dress in a different color. He comes back with a different color dress and the wrong size; making me try it on. He goes by the fitting area and it’s like a closed fitting room. As I was trying on a completely different dress on, he comes in on me. That’s where I felt disrespected. I don’t recommend this place at all. There dresses not the best and the customer service is horrible.
