DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. IT IS RUDE AND UNRELIABLE!!! Let me begin by saying that I used this service with a patient to bring him to and from a dr appointment. The driver was friendly and helpful, but the dispatch had poor communication. Also we finished the appointment early. The pick up was set for 4:15, but we finished early and the client called to see if we could get an earlier pick up, he was meant with a rude snarky dispatch lady. She kept telling him that the pick up was 4:15, and any question he asked she answered him in a rude manner with that same response. He then called med answering to complain about this service, but was told that we had to stick with them for the ride home. We waited until 4:15 but received no call about our pick up....I called myself and was told by another dispatch person it would be 12 more minutes..... we waited until 4:30 and nothing, so I called again and now I was told 5 more minutes. It is now 4:41and WE ARE STILL WAITING!!!! I believe this was intentional since the client complained. This is no way to treat disabled people. If you have a choice DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Patient, on-time and easy scheduling. They provided service when others would not and within less than 24 hours. Drivers were nice and helpful.

First time using the company to get my father to an appointment. The van driver arrived on time and was very polite and courteous during the short drive. He was nice enough to wait in the area and even stayed after the time we said we would be finished. Would definitely recommend.

This terrible company stranded my disabled son for 3 hours in the cold at Shield Institute. They are chronically late and they are heartless. These people, who barely understand English, only care about raking Medicaid dollars in and nothing about the patients. Stay away!

I would like to thank Cathay for their professional service. They made transporting my mom from the hospital to home a smooth transition. I highly recommend Cathay for all your non emergency transportation. They put the patient first which is very important !!!

Cathay made a very difficult process as smooth as possible. They were available last minute and still were on time with pick up. The facility I was transferring my parent from made the ambulette wait an hour but Cathay called me and told me what was going on and for an additional $60 charge stayed until the facility finally got him into the ambulette. The ambulette was clean and the driver extremely professional. Our trip was cumbersome since we were going from NY to NJ but they were kind and considerate. I highly recommend them.

The Personnel at Cathay ( drivers, service reps, assistants etc.) we're all very professional. I've used this service twice now on recommendation by a friend who uses them regularly.They we're very punctual, knowledgeable about manipulating patient who was not mobile, courteous and professional .I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone concerned with transporting a person/patient needing to be brought to an appointment but is not an emergency, as their title suggests.Ambulette, non medical emergency etc, call Cathay and you will not be sorry!Andy Echeandia, Brooklyn

Horrible service Asian driver was 30 minutes late and rude to my front desk receptionist and rushing to leave and the patient was not yet in the lobby. He also left drove off with out the Resident. This place should be out of business they have no compassion or sympathy for elderly and sick people. what if it was their own family that needed assistance. Think about it!!! Van 65 and the driver said I don't care report me call dispatcher.

After using several different companies after my surgery, I will only use this ambulance service moving forward .they were extremely professional, clean, reliable and the driver was very pleasant and safe.Many other companies were fly by night and Unreliable.

These people were great. They arranged a transportation for the next day which was great. They arrived on time and were very patient. It was a difficult transfer but they knew what they were doing.
