The wait is ridiculous. If you have to do something simple as making a deposit or taking out $ in person, make sure you block off half of your day. The staff just aimlessly walking around and talking among each other. After waiting for 20 minutes (I had three people in front of me) I had to leave to pick up my kids from school without being serviced. While I was walking out, the line hasn't even moved.

One of the worst banks that exist. The tellers are very rude and non helpful.especially a teller named Maria, very rude and argumentative.
I wanted to give no stars, but it wouldn’t let me.

4 tellers only 1 taking customers. When she's finished she goes to the back with 6 people waiting on line.

Went to the branch in bell blvd and was not able to be assisted opening a savings account. Branch seemed short staffed/small. I was told the acct must be opened online anyways, so that’s exactly what I did. Came to the rego park branch(BIG) around 1pm and was happy to see a banker asking if I needed any help. Asked me for my ID, scanned it and my info came up to make a Deposit. Banker by the name of DEE was helpful. But can understand some other days might not be the same as it was not busy. Thank you DEE

I would give zero star if I could. Came here with all the ATM machines out of service (two times already within a month) And the last time I was there, the ATM machine took my cash with no receipt and no post! So frustrated with my experience with Capital One!

they want people to make payments but yet they need to understand people work maybe have more open hours it used to be 7:00 pm

I personal Bank with Capital One Bank the app is very easy to use, the staff are nice,and the fact you can open a checking account at age 8+ is really helpful.

This Capital One branch has the rudest staff ever. Besides long wait for the teller. This time, I was sitting at the waiting area waiting to see a banker to open a business account. This Indian lady banker was in the glass office screaming to two Asian couple about how they mis-read their account number. Literally screaming at them like they are two idiots. When she walked out the glass office, she asked me and few others who were waiting to see her if we had made appt with her. We all said, no. She then told everyone to leave since we didn't make an appt online. It was around 2:35pm. And she said she had to leave. WT@. I just turned around and left.
