If I could leave a review with no stars I would - they delivered my laundry without my approval or knowledge and now all my clothes are missing Bcz they left it in front of my door. They didn’t even acknowledge that they were wrong very unprofessional

Been going here for years , seen a few owners come and go . But for the most part each of the owners I have seen they try to be accommodating.
Been going here since 2009 at least

They do a great job with the Laundry. Quick response time and pick up/drop off included which is nice. Great price too - 1$/pd of laundry.

Do not use them!!!! They ruined expensive clothing for me and said they will not fix it.,., My clothes came back with huge stains that were not there when I gave them in..,..very disgusting customer service

I gave this place more then 1 try. I gave up when my clothes kept getting Smaller and smaller. They shrink all your clothes. Did not unfortunately have the best experience. Otherwise very clean and helpful staff.

Seeing the good reviews (thanks for them), I started delivery service for my disabled elderly mom so my sister and I could stop doing her laundry for her since we live very far and many of her neighbors refused to wear masks even at the height of the first wave of the pandemic when there are areas where distancing in her busy laundry room couldn't be achieved. After the high cost of her machines and cost of detergent and OXYclean, the delivery service isn't that much more expensive we have found, and it's so much more convenient and less stressful on our part. New Busy Season does an amazing job on the laundry itself. Her clothes are spotless and perfectly folded and they never seem overdried. And they make pick-up and drop-off a breeze for our mom. We love that they will call to make sure she's home before delivering so she can wait by the intercom since she's hard of hearing and might not hear the buzz otherwise. I don't know if that's standard procedure on their part to call, but the fact that they do in this case is wonderful. She calls them when she is ready for a new pick-up and they tell her what time they will be there, and I think she says it's always promptly. She says the delivery person is always very friendly as well. Just a perfect on-going experience with this great business. We are all so grateful!
