Out of the dozens of 7-Elevens I have been to throughout my whole life, this particular location is my favorite. Their coffee and hot foods are always fresh. On top of their regular drip coffee, they have several machines that produces an assortment of different types of coffee - my favorite being the espresso shot maker. They have a decent assortment of Asian snacks in addition to their regular items which is a very nice touch especially if you're looking for something different to eatThis location is clean and the staff are some of the friendliest I've met out of any convenience store. I think that they're truly a neighborhood treasure because of how welcoming they are to their customers.Side note:In regards to all the other reviews negatively criticizing this location, I would highly take it all of them with a grain of salt! You can even tell that some of their claims are questionable just by how poorly written the reviews are or how wildly impossible the claims are. Here are some key reviews that are complete BS.Kevin Cameron thought that he's being stalked while shopping and finishes his review by being racist and calling the store clerk "Jackie." Doubt he was being stalked at all and just assumed a situation because the present staff were Asian.Vincent Constantine claims that they are selling fake Marlboro which is impossible given that this is a chain with contracted vendors.Farhanaj Parvin claims that their staff cannot speak English which is not true at all.J V literally gave a one star without providing any other content or proof and just said he thinks the staff are "arrogant" and that a spanish clerk thinks he's "all that."Honestly, so many of the low star reviews are trash left by what I only assume are entitled folks who think the 711 staff should lay out a red carpet upon their arrival. Don't pay any mind to them.

We're 711 ever the only 711 that overcharges you for there are $1 cookies and they're old and the coffee does not taste anything like any of the other verse 711 that I've been to. By far the worst 711 I've gone to ever.

This used to be the place me and my friends would go multiple times a week when we were growing up. Back then (10 years ago) prices were cheap and workers were nice. A few years ago an asian guy took over as manager and complete ran this place into the ground. The rite aid a block away closes so he saw this as an opportunity to raise prices on literally everything. It got so bad to the point that i'd rather drive 10 min to the 711 on metropolitan ave because of these disrespectful prices. I stopped by a few weeks ago to buy 2 beers and after paying i realized they wouldn't fit in my jacket and i didn't wanna walk home home holding cold beer in my hands in 30 degree weather so i asked for a bag. The manager became hostile and started giving me a problem saying that he charges $.05 for a bag but now that i've made my purchase it's too late to get a bag? Hope this place goes bankrupt and he needs to use his personal savings to save his ass.

I gave 5 stars a few years ago, but the service has definitely gotten worse.

I walked into this store to buy a Twix bar and was accused of shoplifting. The worker of the shop came up to me aggressively told me to take stuff out of my pockets and started the grab for the pouch in my hoodie. I took everything out for him and then he proceeded to take the Twix bar from my hand and told us to leave the store after he found out that we were in fact not shoplifting. Worst experience in a 7-11 I have ever had.

I recently found out about this 7-eleven while leaving work one day I usually get a large cups of ice chips today 5/12/21 i went there to get my usual ice chips and the owner/ manager an asian American with glasses totally out of uniform only in an apron behind the counter. He gave me a very disgusted and suspicious look when i was waiting to cash out my usual order i was in my phone texting someone. And you can feel when someone is staring at you or just feel a presence that your being watched i looked up and i caught him in the act then he looks away immediately. I get it im a young black man and we often get looked at strangely. I addressed him right there about it and he immediately played the victim which is often in the Asian community. Im fully able to pay for my items i don't need to steal or shoplift. I was fortunate to have a parent that taught me right from wrong and to never judge I'll be going back to that 7/11 because i love the company itself that person isn't going to intimidate me just by his snarky glances i love it bring it on jackie!!

Please tell your employees to wear a mask. Given our current situation I believe it’s important

Very rude service. I'm asking for bag, chinese guy said 5 cents, I said he needs to tell to customer before charge, because I paid with my credit card already and he answered is no customer around. How that kind of workers can stay on chaser. Very rude person. They're unprofessional, rude. Than to be rude to clients would be cleaning the premises. Even in this work, such people cannot be kept. You just have to exhaust such people from work
