They just lost a long time customer. I have used their bags for over 20 years, when my Mother-In-Law first bought me one. They wear like iron and I have many styles, types. There was a time they used to repair them. I had one and still had the warranty card that reminded me of that. I went to order a new bag with the intent to get the old broken one repaired. Found out they don't do that anymore - which is understandable. Problem is the color I chose of the new one I ordered was specifically because I was expecting to get the other one (which was black) repaired. So I called customer service, and spoke with Donna. Explained my situation and she said I could return that new bag to order a basic black instead. Sent it back, at my expense, asking to have a specific black one in return. They emailed me back stating that the new one was not on sale like the one I had returned. I wrote back explaining everything I did above, again, and asking if they could provide me the same bag for the whopping $8 difference; especially since I paid to return the bag ; again, because I had hoped to get the original bag repaired. Never heard back from them. Then I wrote again and said, ok, I would pay the difference for the new bag and did they need my credit card again and to please confirm. When they replied, they told me 1) They apologized for the delay. 2) Customer's responsibility to pay for shipping. Duh - I know that, but it was a courtesy I was asking for inlight of the circumstance. 3) "They" had decided to refund my money for the original purchase ($72) and that I could "at my leisure" go and order the other bag. What?!? They knew the exact bag I wanted to reorder. I had agreed to pay the difference. So in their realm of reality, they were providing me "customer service" by doing the complete opposite of what I wanted AND now wanted me to spend more of my time going online and ordering the bag they already knew I wanted?!? For a small company, this is lousy customer service on many levels. Completely unacceptable. They have forever lost a long time customer in me. I will never buy a bag from them again. I just went and bought one onine from Poshmark for $20!

I have had this purse for at least the past 20 years. So many of my good friends are ready to purchase one of these purses. What I need to know is, is the entire purchase leather including the strap? A few of the ones I've purchased, the strap was not made of leather. Can you tell me

Klasse. Gute Preise und super Beratung. Uns wurden die Funktionen der Tasche genau erklärt und vorgefí¼hrt. Man kann hier zB. Taschen mit nicht so gefragten Farben gí¼nstig bekommen. Mir haben die Farben gefallen und ich habe zwei Lederbags und eine Nylonbag fí¼r 78 Dollar eingekauft. Schí¶nes Andenken. Der Laden ist allerdings nicht so leicht zu finden.

I had a leather healthy back bag which lasted about 7 years of daily use. I only replaced it because I could not get it re-dyed. I replaced it with the black microfiber one which has held up well for 3 years, but which I plan to replace because the strap will not “stay shortened†when I try to shorten it.

I've had many bags from this company over the years. They wear well, are attractive and allow for good organization, which results in use of the whole bag. This is a company that listens to its employees and customers, coming up with new innovations all the time.
