Very unpleasant staff working. Was not greeted but was just met with an nasty attitude. Ladies follow you around the store . Very unpleasant experience. Hours should be changed if you don’t want customers in 20 min before it says it closing.

I spent an afternoon looking at everything in this antique store & found some amazing things. What a find! It was my first time & I’ll definitely be back. Dan was so friendly & fun to talk to, his booth had some great designer items with inexpensive price tags. My favorite piece was a Murano glass bowl. I also picked up some Kaws plastic toys & a gently used John Derain tray. So fun.

Great selection of vintage home accessories and antiques at fair prices. One of the few antique centers that was organized and felt clean. Didn’t smell old and dirty like most. I’d definitely recommend this.

This is our second time visiting the store as of last week we got in a little before closing. The store has a lot of good finds, however the staff wasn’t very kind. One lady was kind however the other was very pushy and rude to us when we’re spending a lot of money there. We knew the store was closing and we got out right on time but she kept nagging us to hurry up basically that hey where closing at 5, which we knew.

I unfortunately had an extremely unpleasant experience due to Kathy, who I'm shocked to learn is a partner at Annex. I hope the owner, other partners and dealers whose business is surely suffering because of Kathy see this review. She mistreats customers - to the point where you actually feel as if she DOESN'T want you to make a purchase. I made a $400 purchase on 2 items and was treated incredibly rudely. Greatest hits include "If you don't like it, you can go somewhere else" - and this was as I had $700 worth of merchandise on the counter, which I might have purchased if Kathy hadn't treated me so poorly. Whoever owns the booth with the Jadite - please know you missed out on an additional $350 of business thanks to Kathy. I purchased 2 canisters that I was initially told were $175 for the set of 4, and at the last moment, I was told they were actually $175/per. I'm an experienced Jadite collector, and while these are collectors items, with chipped lids they were actually a bit overpriced. She tried to imply that I was being dishonest about the value of the pieces, and when I corrected her about the current value, she said, "Well, you know how the old saying goes, 'If you don't like it, you can go somewhere else.' " Excuse me? I asked if I could at least swap the lids on the canisters I was purchasing, which Kathy said no to, and as I was carefully handling them to inspect them before I made my large purchase she said "This is how the lids get chipped." I firmly told her that I knew how to handle the items. Then, I was told that the canisters actually go for $400 each - which is just incorrect. I suggested they look at the eBay "Sold" section to see a more accurate representation of current prices, and was told by Kathy. "Well, this isn't eBay. This isn't an auction. And that's the problem, too many people use eBay and think they know better." Actually, I've never purchased any Jadite auction-style on eBay - I've purchased it with set prices, exactly like an antique store functions - minus an incredibly rude person. Kathy has zero customer service skills and should not be in a customer-facing role. It costs nothing to be nice - and if being a decent person isn't enough, getting $400 of my business would be a good reason. If I knew I was going to be treated like this, I would have walked out, but after being lured in with the promise of $175 for 4 canisters, which turned out to be inaccurate, I had already grown attached to these items. She is incredibly lucky I had the good sense to hold my tongue. Magically, once my credit card had been swiped, Kathy's tune changed dramatically, as if the clouds parted on a sunny day. "Did you want anything else? You might find something else you like." Saccharine, fake. Skip this spot and shop at Rhinebeck Antique Center instead. Danny, on the other hand, at the front was kind and helpful and was great with me. However, I would suggest avoiding this place altogether.
