Staff are good and polite but a problem needs to be addressed ... someone from Ravena USPS lost my stimulus check .. was supposed to be in mail January 6th and it's now January 10th. I talked to IRS and they said it was shipped to the mail January 6th ... which means someone from Ravena USPS screwed up
