We switched from a different heating oil delivery service about a year ago after having multiple issues with the former company. We have now been with Persico Oil for about a year and they consistently deliver top notch customer service. Everyone we have ever dealt with has been beyond pleasant to speak with. We recently had a mini heating emergency and were away taking care of a family member when we asked for Persico to make a heating oil delivery before some winter weather set in. They were quick to respond and helped us better focus on our family rather than worry about our home. I highly recommend their services.

the rudest lady that answered the phone. zero customer service skills. talked overtop of me and wouldn't let me finish a sentence. could care less that we had a fire in iur furnace and went 2 days without heat. there policy is unless you get a tank of guel from them they wont look at your furnace.

This is the most unreasonable and rude company I've ever encountered. We moved from the city to the country and never had fueled on oil. They would not provide service or deliver oil if you don't have an account with them. I told them to set up the account on the call and deliver but they wouldn't! The man I spoke was coky and talked me down. Unprofessional, not interested on doing business with company. Giving the business to someone who is willing to work!

Never had to purchase oil before and it was really easy from set up to it being delivered. The delivery guy was really helpful and educated me a little on how the oil situation works.

Have had a couple phone calls. A person answers. Thank goodness! Very pleasant and helpful.Service person on our oil furnace was great!Very nice answered questions and did an excellent job!!Highly recommend

Excellent. I dont know what the previous posters are talking about?? We tried Persico- as they are local to us- smaller company. Last season we were customers with another MAIN-ly Un CARE-ing company, and switched to Persico on a will call basis. WOW!!! I am impressed they are professional, courteous, and forthright with costs. When I call, they actually know me by name, they deliver, (usually that day-today our tank ran out and they delivered in 20 minutes!!!), I pay on credit, we all win! No hidden charges, no fees, just honest folks delivering oil to their community. I like them very much and will continue to be a customer.

The tanks and furnaces are unreliable and the fact that I have to wait until "on business/service" days to get the igniter serviced on their units is ridiculous. I shouldn't be charged on off service days, that doesn't make any sense. Your product should be supported 24/7 not whenever you want to.

These guys are great. They've been servicing my heating system for several years now, and done an outstanding job. The system needed some major work initially. Now they've got my old boiler working as smoothly as if it were new. Everything the've done here has been top notch, and professional. Very, very good outfit. I would highly recommend Persico.
