Where do I begin... let's start with extremely unsatisfied. I have been charged automatically FOUR TIMES after REPEATEDLY calling and telling them to not save my card information. Ive had to battle them and my bank after they've overdrafted my account twice because they refused to listen to their customers. On top of that, their pricing seems to be random! I received a bill of $221 after being filled up from roughly 25% to 100% and other times I would receive a bill of $300+ for a fill up when I was at 30-40%! And this is within a couple months span so it has nothing to do with fuel prices. They randomly fill up my tanks after they were told I do NOT want automatic refills. It's obvious to me this company does not give a shi* about their customers. All about the dollar eh? SWITCHED TO FIRST FUEL!

Two of the best service technicians we have ever met. They were neat, polite, and knowledgeable. They answered our questions clearly. We have never had propane fueled appliances and they converted our new stove from natural gas to propane explaining what was needed and why. We Called on Tuesday and they come out on Wednesday.
