The African American woman that worked as cashier today was incredibly rude, obnoxious, and rushed every transaction. Had my 2 year old with me and she just shouts "NEXT" "CASH OR CARD, HURRY WE DONT HAVE ALL DAY". Terrible customer service. Will avoid this Cumberland farms store like the plague. Anxiety inducing for no reason.

God awful management, watched the manager gaslight and invalidate an overworked employee until she quit. From the looks of the store the manager should focus on her own job as she seems incompetent in it a portion of the coolers were out of stock things seem unorganized and from what I overheard the store was unprepared for tonight with money in the register. Won’t even be eating this breakfast sandwich since the ovens are only being cleaned by the person who quit. Parking lots filthy, gas pump I noticed charges an extra dollar, products expired inventory isn’t being ordered clearly with empty shelves just horrendous manager said she manages two stores but can’t even upkeep with one? She’s a joke.

Weird man who likes to tone deaf sing on Snapchat creepd me out. I think his name is Austin. Also the one lady (Leslie) is super rude and tries to rush people out the door by being absolutely incoherent why she tries to seem like she's talking fast.

Rude people and awful awful food. Always old nasty coffee and terrible service Get your employees to work instead of hanging on the phone in the corner and have 10 people waiting in line .As some of your employees state in front of customers I ain’t got the time.

Ravena is a very small village 20 minutes south of Albany. I have been going to this (and old) Cumberland Farms Everyday, multiple times. The employees are always pleasant. I myself have young children and despite another review from "Jill" I feel completely fine bringing my children in the store. What is her primitive mind thinking? Does she think someone is going to jump over the counter and touch them?!?!?! Everyone should always be given a second chance. Not to mention "Jill's" children are All of legal age. A concerned life long resident of Ravena.

Hi, my name is Jill. I'm from Ravena Coeymans and have been a long time customer of the old and new Cumberland Farms of Ravena. It has come to my attention that there is an active employee that goes by the name of Joshua Flexer, who in the past has been convicted of a sexual performance on multiple minors in 2011. I would like to bring this to the attention of corporate, because I do not feel safe bringing my children to this location. Thank you for listening to my concern.
